I came in needing to make color copies of two documents, and Chelsie truly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. She was patient, accommodating, and made sure to give me a price estimate before printing, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was the extra effort she put into getting the colors as close to the original as she could--she carefully adjusted them and even tried different formats to make sure the final product was to my liking. That level of attention to detail made a huge difference and made be feel valued as a customer. I arrived right before Chelsie had to clock out for lunch. Even though the store was busy, she took the time to carefully review my prints before handing them over. She noticed a few imperfections and let me know she wanted to make some adjustments to improve the quality. Before stepping out, she explained exactly what she planned to fix and asked me to come back in about an hour so she could finish the job properly. Sure enough, when I returned, everything was printed, polished, and ready to go--and it looked great. She truly made the entire process seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Chelsie is clearly an exceptional part of the team, and it was a pleasure being helped by her.
