A nice little deli walking distance from all the offices in downtown. I tried this place as I came across it on Yelp and it didn't disappoint. I believe I got the south beach wrap and wow it was so good! I loved it with the spinach wrap, but just wish it had a tad bit more protein. I heard the soup special- lobster bisque- was a good option. They sell hotdogs, subs, snacks, etc. it's a cool place I will definitely come back to. I want to try out their breakfast options as they have bagels. Everyone was very nice and attentive. read more

The Italian is all I've ever had and it's delicious every time. They cut the meat fresh which I love and it's a good size for a sandwich. The price is about 11 bucks after taxes so on the pricier side for a lunch sub but the quality is good. They do have seating but I take it to go. read more

My kids went to a different deli and they were obsessed but I wasn't impressed. Too fancy and not enough flavor to me. Was looking for a deli with a more "home" type of vibe. Found this place and was impressed by the menu and the service. The owners/employees immediately make you feel welcome and were super friendly. I was needing a quick lunch on a layover in Miami and happened upon this deli shop. It was not a packed shop, but there was a constant flow of customers coming to grab sandwiches and wraps. I had the Italian sandwich toasted, which did not disappoint, along with a shake. This is a classic deli type shop that feels like a family deli rather than a commercialized deli shop. I stopped here for breakfast on my way to the cruise ship docks. I'm so glad I did! Hot, quick and yummy breakfast!!! It's one of those places bay charges you extra for any modifications and any addition, but that has become the norm now. The croissant was soft and flaky. I asked my eggs to be cooked hard, and they were perfect. The avocado was fresh, however, I would have appreciated a half of an avocado, but I think I go like a quarter of an avocado... delicious, nonetheless. They have condiments and salt/pepper for you to add to your food. Per usual, I just added some hot sauce and it was great. You pay before you eat, and you sit wherever you like. read more

Wow wow Wow I can't say enough about Premo's deli! Its delicious! It's fresh! The price is right! It's amazing!!! I've been here dozens of times. Every single item on the menu is amazing. The staff is quick and efficient. Which is good considering Primos can get pretty packed during lunch hours. I usually get lucky finding a seat inside during lunch, But this can be iffy. I ate the Steak and Cheese from here and unfortunately I got food poisoning. I was sick for days and will never eat from here again. I'm not sure if it was the meat they used or the vegetables on the sandwich. Scary enough I've eaten here before and never had this experience until now. read more

They are incredibly skimpy with the meat for their deli sandwiches. Even when I piled all the meat onto just one half it was still too much bread to meat. The pastrami was sliced a bit too thick. Their bagels are just okay. They have an alright chew to them but they seemed to crumble a bit. May be that I got one at the end of the day so maybe it was stale? Potato salad was delicious and the shining star of the meal. I wish more had come for the price but still happy I got it. read more

Food is above average but the owner is extremely rude. There have been a couple of occasions when I have noticed his impatience when you hesitate for a second or two with the order. This reaction from his part is completely unnecessary since I go early enough to avoid the lunch hour rush. In the last instance he really made no effort to mask his annoyance when I thought he got my order wrong since he was talking to me and another patron at the same time and wasn't quite sure who he was directing his question to. Due to these instanceI have decided to no longer do business here since there are just too many options and way better treatment in the area. PS. Tip for the owner, I'm a paying customer, I don't come in to beg or ask for a favor so show more courtesy. 12/05/2018: It's mind boggling how someone who claims to have lines and droves of customers takes the time to right back after so many months. This review obviously stings and has hurt your ego. You are not serving filet mignon or veal for that matter so please get off your high horse. If I could leave zero stars I would love to but for now a lowly one star will do for you. Please keep thinking about my review on the weekends and at nights. Sincerely a person who would rather starve than eat your $6.50 sandwich. Lastly, what happened to the apologetic individual (picture below) who was asking that I take my business back to him and buy more $6.50 sandwiches? Could it be that you ran out of your meds this weekend with your latest response? I just had the pleasure of trying the fresh bagel smoked salmon sandwich and the roast beef sandwich at Premo's Deli. Both were absolutely delicious! The bagel was perfectly fresh and the salmon was smoked to perfection. The roast beef was tender and flavorful, and the bread was soft and fresh. Needed a quick & East deli to grab lunch while waiting for someone to finish a medical procedure. Yelp lead me to Premo's and I'm so glad it did! I called to place my order & they took all my info easily & told me to call them when I got there & they would bring my order out to my car. As promised, they came right out to my car & were very friendly. The order was exactly as I had ordered. Now for the food! My chicken Cesar wrap was one of the best I've ever had! The chicken was so moist & the seasoning was excellent. The lettuce was crisp & fresh & the flour wrap was soft & flavorful. My husband had a spiced roast Pork sub with Swiss, lettuce & tomato. The only reason I like coming to the SunTrust building is Premo's. The food and service are always on point fast and friendly service. I have been coming here for over 9 years and it's like the neighborhood deli that I don't have on South Beach. You can see them slice all the meats and prepare your sandwich right there in from of you. When I am in marathon mode I get the wraps and they have no problem giving you extra veggies and less meat or vice versa. Once after working 12 Hour day from 4 an to 4pm came in Hungary as hell but forgot my wallet damn - the Owner said " no problem pay next tine " and they lady behind the counter had my South Beach Spinach wrap done and wrapped up before I could say no . read more

We stopped in for a quick sandwich, settled on a hot pastrami which my wife and I shared, the owner was there, and he was nice enough to give us a couple extra pickles, so that we wouldn't fight over the one pickle that the sandwich came with. We got the pastrami and it was great, the people were nice, the place was clean. Wouldn't hesitate to go back there again. read more

Called in for a delivery, it was a bit of a challenge since they don't have a menu in the internet, so I had to ask to fax one over, later the menus didn't have the price??? I understand prices change.. but I had to call to get a menu and later call for the prices???... Prices are pretty reasonable, ordered the Rueben which was $8.00, Hot Corned Beef and Hot Pastrami Sandwiches are $7.25 each. Pretty good for sandwiches, right??? and in Downtown!! Flavor was great!! Although the delivery did take a while, called in to inquire about the delivery and it turns out they walk to the places to deliver!!! I wish they could have told me before!! I had found this spot walking over to the Train, and decided to try it out one day , Its been a great spot to go to since I moved her a 2 months ago so I had been coming once a week for the past 4 weeks and I like to keep it simple , Footlong Chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread and toasted bread and a drink , total runs me about $10-11 Today I walk in and was trying to decide what to choose from the menu and since I was in a hurry to get back to the office I get the usual, upon getting rung up it was a total of $16 and this time AND I did not get a drink!!! What kind of service and respect is this to locals ? I did not have a chance to say a word as I had a call to take at work. But this is insane ! I have recommended this place to at least 3 other offices in my building and have ordered from Premo's for corporate events for the office. And it is completely inappropriate to rip people off by changing prices so drastic from one day to the next, considering most of their clients come from local businesses and people like me working in offices all around downtown looking for a great and consistent spot to eat from. This is the type of sleazy moves that ruin your reputation and lose a client for life. They should really consider that when trying to steal a few Dollars from us. Is it Really Worth it? read more

A lot of place's food quality has diminished since the pandemic, but not this place! It's as good as it always has been and the service is quick (in and out of there in 5 minutes). Employees and customers are on a first-name basis which goes to show loyalty. read more
