Ambiance was perfect for that, lots of seating inside and outside and it wasn't busy so it felt easy to settle in. Food was good, I got the Caesar salad but they have a good mix of options from brunch to burgers, pizza and drinks. Service was great and everything came out fast. I have also dined at their South Miami spot (also good). I sampled their goat cheese croquette app, which was pleasant. I wish they had added some micro greens to them to elevate the taste, or fresh parsley. Parsley was mentioned in the description but was not noticeable. I sampled a white pizza, which was called the Vegetariana . It was very pleasant. Funnily enough I missed a tomatoe based sauce though! Agustín is one of the kindest, most welcoming bartenders in Brickell. I came in after a long day at work, and he instantly made the day better. He also recommended a Pinot Noir that was amazing. We were visiting Miami looking for a break from seafood and cuban food, something warm and comforting on a windy/cold winter evening and Craft delivered. We ordered a couple pizzas that were served with this bright pink beet aioli which was so tasty with the pizza crust. The pizza was a Napoli type pizza, dough not too thin, not too fluffy and a chewy crust. I thought they had a brick oven in the back by eating the pizza, but a las they did great with their gas oven. Also surprised in a good way how loaded their salads were. The bacon wrapped dates are kind of ugly, but super tasty, they even hide a piece of sausage in the date to plump it up! Service was nice, attentive and prompt. The ambiance of the restaurant is chill, low key and a good place to catch the game and catch up with friends. No need to worry about dress code. read more

Craft is such a surprising gem. Every location I've been to has reasonable prices and good food and this one is no exception. I had a falafel sandwich and fries and god craft can make a good fry. They have different specials based on day of the week and my sandwich and fries were a good deal. Almost always easy to get a seat. Good service but they'll also leave you alone and let you linger if you don't need anything. It looks like a non descript chain restaurant but honestly I love it here! We came in around 9pm which is close to the time they close so we were the only ones in the restaurant. The decor was nice, it wasn't too flashy it just reminded me of a diner. For drinks, I got the strawberry margarita and a strawberry lemonade. For the margarita I had sugar on the rim instead of salt and it was pretty good. The strawberry flavor wasn't powerful so of course I could taste the alcohol but it was still a decent drink. I can say that the strawberry lemonade was the best one I've had in my life. They use fresh strawberries to make the drink and you can definitely tell when you take a sip. It was sweet and refreshing, but the top of the drink was covered in some foam so the cup wasn't truly full. For my entree I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with turkey bacon instead of pork and the burger was just alright. It lacked flavor and tasted like a frozen patty that I can buy at the store. The bacon tasted like plastic but the fries were really good. 5/10 I didn't get our waitress name but she was very polite and constantly checked in to make sure that we were okay with everything. We only stayed for about 30-40 minutes since they were about to close and we didn't want them to have to stay longer because of us. I don't think this is a place I'd recommend just because the food was subpar and since it's in brickell we had to pay extra for parking then we had to walk from the garage to the restaurant and it was just extra things that had to be done for a mediocre meal so it wasn't worth it to me. After arriving to Miami my husband and I were hungry and came across this place .We walked in and it wasn't that busy , they sat us down right away. But after us having been seated they forgot about us for a good 10 minutes or so . It wasn't until my husband got the attention of the bartender that a server came over and got our drink order. Then he came back to get our food order. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and my husband ordered a breaded chicken breast not sure of the actual name of it. His chicken breast was served with French fries. It was topped with cheese and some cherry tomatoes. My pizza was a pretty good size pizza and came accompanied with some beet cream sauce . The cream sauce was different it tasted like mayonnaise with some beet for color and some red pepper flakes. It was okay nothing special.The pizza was pretty good, the cheese had a nice pull to it and the pineapple was nice and sweet. Overall the service was good and the food was good .I just don't think I would come back. read more

Promptly, our server came and handed out menus, making eye contact every couple of minutes until we were ready to order. Our server was likewise friendly and accommodating. I got pepperoni pizza, and my friend got a braised short rib sandwich to go. The food was delicious, and the pizza had lots of pepperoni with a tasty sauce and bread. My guest loved the sandwich. We opted for two different kinds of pizza. One had prosciutto and the other one just cheese. Both of the pizzas were delicious and it had this purple sauce that you can dip into it. I live in Brickell almost across the street from Craft and had not tried it yet. Got home last night and told my wife and son we should walk across the street and give it a shot......I wish I had not. We walk in and are meekly greeted by the host. We could barely hear him. He doesn't lead us to the table rather he points to it in the back and tells us to go ahead. I was expecting him to at least follow us with menus in hand. That wasn't the case. We sat for about 5 mins and no one approached us. My wife got up and grabbed some menus from the front. Still no one came by. We are sitting at the table still no one. Still no water or anything. Finally the server drops by. Apologies for the wait. Still no greeting though....just are you ready to order? There's no "Hi everyone my name is 'insert name here' I'm sorry for the wait. Have you visited us before? Do you know our concept? Can I help you order anything or do you have any questions about our menu? Nothing. ". He took our order including still and sparkling water. We then waited and waited. Still no water still or sparkling. The restaurant has only 3 tables full and servers seem to be aimless. Finally I spot a wandering server and ask for water again. A server drops off a carafe of water and a bottle is sparkling water, places them on the table a walks away....she did not serve the water, she just set it on the table and walked away. Our food arrives. We ordered, a hamburger/fries , bacon cheeseburger/fries, and a fried chicken sandwich/fries and a San Pellegrino water. My wife never complains and neither does my son. My cheeseburger was lukewarm and half cooked , American cheese half melted, bacon cold obviously precooked which is fine but a slap it on the grill for a bit at the very least. The bun was sopping wet soggy and the actual patty was pretty small. It wasn't even the width of the bun. Fries were good. It looked like a mess. No one came by to ask us if everything was good until my son and wife were almost done with their food. I told the server that the burger was a mess, undercooked, soggy. He did ask if I wanted the kitchen to prepare something else but by that time my wife and son were just about done. I said asked for the check and went to the restroom to wash my hands. By the time I got back my wife had purposely paid the tab. She did this on purpose because she knows if the service is bad I leave zero tip. If the service is good I leave at least 20%. I don't think there was a manager on duty because the service was just plain bad and the servers were lost. They don't know how to greet guests at the door. They don't know to walk guests to their table. They don't know to prep the guests and ask immediate questions like "Have you been here before" The waiter and bartender seemed aloof, bored, and just unengaged. No manager came to the table to see what went wrong AND the finale , we pay our bill, walk out and no one says have a good night or thank you or thank you for eating with us....nothing ...we walked past uninterested servers and then unattended host stand. No care, zero customer service, lazy food prep, just plain lazy. read more

The menu had so many great options so I didn't know where to begin. Abraham came over and showed me pictures and recommendations. I'm so glad he did because I went with 1 of his recommendations and it was amazing! Definitely a meal I've never had and would have never thought to try. I ordered an additional shrimp meal that I saw on the menu because I love shrimp. I probably won't need another meal for the rest of the day lol but I'm so happy I stopped here and I will definitely be back!
