The scanning area was cozy and cute! I was able to sit right next to my sister while we saw baby on the big screen, it was such a beautiful moment to share with my family. The ultrasound tech Iliana took great care of my sister and was very nice to all of us. We ended up purchasing a teddy bear with the baby's heartbeat that we will surely treasure forever. I believe my technician was Zaira (sorry if incorrect (spelling or name), I have preggo brain). I brought my family (about 6 of them) to view my baby girl in 4D. She made sure my family and I were comfortable during the whole procedure. Our baby was sleeping in the videos and we couldn't get the best angle of her. Zaira made sure we were satisfied with our experience so she let me walk around the mall afterwards to wake her up and get a better view. My little girl was still so very sleepy so in hopes of getting better angles we ended up getting more images that we could choose from. We loved the service and professionalism of this place. Would definitely recommend to all moms. Also, when my daughter was born she looked exactly like her 4d image! She even had the same pose.

With all the healthcare fraud and breeches...there was so way I was going to do that. The receptionists at ContinuEM were super nice and got me checked in within 5 mins. Never did they ask me for anything financial other than my copay which was expected. Once I saw the doctor, boy was he thorough. He explained what was going on, what to expect and what I was doing that could make things worse. They gave me a steroid pill right there in the office - no need to go to the pharmacy! And they observed me after I took the pills to make sure I didn't have a reaction. It was actually a good thing that Exer didn't work out!

It made me wonder would she treat a non-minority the same way she treated me. I understand they have their own limitations, but to be treated so nonchalantly with lack of compassion is the upsetting part. Are bedside manners nonexistent now? I understand people have their off days, but this was completely unacceptable. Maybe consider another field if helping people doesn't bring you any sense of fulfillment. They initially scheduled me for when they technician was not working so they had to cancel and reschedule my appointment. Once they rescheduled, they fit me in on the same day at 8am when they opened and I knew they were squeezing me in since I told them it was the only day I could come. When I arrived to check in the front staff told me I wasn't on the schedule. I explained the situation and she also moved things around to squeeze me in AGAIN. I am grateful, but they also seem disorganized. Since I wasn't on the schedule this second time, they didn't verify my insurance prior, so I have to do my appointment then get billed an unknown amount for the services/copay later, which is inconvenient. TECHNICIAN: Literally took 5 minutes from the moment the tech called me in to the time the CT SCAN was completed. SUPER FAST once I got inside. OVERALL: I'm glad they were quick to answer phones and get me on the schedule. It was slightly inconvenient that they didn't actually have me on the schedule upon arrival. I'm glad each person I talked to was very understanding of the situation and didn't turn me away and made it work. Conclusion, I was still seen on the day I came for, just had to wait a really long time. There were 10 people who went in before me, even tho I was the 3rd person to arrive when the office opened at 8am due to the scheduling mix up.

To my surprise and extreme relief I was informed by the care coordinators Toni and Briana that I was granted immediate emergency insurance, meaning my whole appointment was fully covered. Miscedes did my labs which were painless and she explained each step and their purpose. Flor did my sonogram and was so incredibly kind and you can tell she loves her job she even went out of her way to give me an extra funny picture of my baby that I'll cherish forever where the baby turned to the camera and raised its hands over its head. Overall I received incredible care. It can be overwhelming going to an appointment where you have no idea what to expect and the quality team of women working at FPA truly made such a lasting and positive impression I can't thank them enough.
