I believe my technician was Zaira (sorry if incorrect (spelling or name), I have preggo brain). I brought my family (about 6 of them) to view my baby girl in 4D. She made sure my family and I were comfortable during the whole procedure. Our baby was sleeping in the videos and we couldn't get the best angle of her. Zaira made sure we were satisfied with our experience so she let me walk around the mall afterwards to wake her up and get a better view. My little girl was still so very sleepy so in hopes of getting better angles we ended up getting more images that we could choose from. We loved the service and professionalism of this place. Would definitely recommend to all moms. Also, when my daughter was born she looked exactly like her 4d image! She even had the same pose.

The scanning area was cozy and cute! I was able to sit right next to my sister while we saw baby on the big screen, it was such a beautiful moment to share with my family. The ultrasound tech Iliana took great care of my sister and was very nice to all of us. We ended up purchasing a teddy bear with the baby's heartbeat that we will surely treasure forever. At my most recent appointment, Jackie took care of us and she was truly amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and took her time to get the best possible pictures of our 26-week baby. With all the healthcare fraud and breeches...there was so way I was going to do that. The receptionists at ContinuEM were super nice and got me checked in within 5 mins. Never did they ask me for anything financial other than my copay which was expected. Once I saw the doctor, boy was he thorough. He explained what was going on, what to expect and what I was doing that could make things worse. They gave me a steroid pill right there in the office - no need to go to the pharmacy! And they observed me after I took the pills to make sure I didn't have a reaction. It was actually a good thing that Exer didn't work out!

Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting approximately 2.5 hours. There was also no water or snacks available during such a long wait, so I would recommend bringing your own if you plan to visit. I was also frustrated by the lack of transparency regarding billing. The office was unable to tell me how much I could expect to be billed by the lab after my procedures, which made it difficult to understand what my total costs would be. More importantly, I received a call informing me that my test results came back abnormal. I was told that the results would be available through my patient portal, but they never appeared. I called again and was told on Tuesday that my results would be uploaded to the portal. I waited four more days and still received nothing, so I reached out again and did not receive a response. It has now been five days, and I am still waiting to actually see my test results. Being told that a medical test came back abnormal and then having to repeatedly contact the office just to obtain the results is incredibly frustrating and stressful. I have already paid all of my bills associated with my visit, yet I still cannot access my own test results. I expected much better communication, follow-through, and patient care, especially when dealing with abnormal results. Unfortunately, based on my first experience here, I am extremely disappointed.
