I got lucky coming across Prenatal Angels and seeing that they offer a Pregnancy Confirmation ultrasound. From the very start Ken was very warm and welcoming to my husband and myself. He introduced himself, shook our hands, and let me get comfy on the bed with paper towels to prepare for the ultrasound gel. He explained the process, what we were looking at, and it was professional but friendly at the same time. The only nerves I felt that whole appointment were similar to those butterflies people get, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Even if all I was seeing was a little little sight to see, it was my sight to see. After the appointment we got to take home two ultrasound photos and Ken explained the different packages they offer and how he hopes to see us again. Which he will, he's part of our journey now and we're so thankful.

I believe my technician was Zaira (sorry if incorrect (spelling or name), I have preggo brain). I brought my family (about 6 of them) to view my baby girl in 4D. She made sure my family and I were comfortable during the whole procedure. Our baby was sleeping in the videos and we couldn't get the best angle of her. Zaira made sure we were satisfied with our experience so she let me walk around the mall afterwards to wake her up and get a better view. My little girl was still so very sleepy so in hopes of getting better angles we ended up getting more images that we could choose from. We loved the service and professionalism of this place. Would definitely recommend to all moms. Also, when my daughter was born she looked exactly like her 4d image! She even had the same pose.

With all the healthcare fraud and breeches...there was so way I was going to do that. The receptionists at ContinuEM were super nice and got me checked in within 5 mins. Never did they ask me for anything financial other than my copay which was expected. Once I saw the doctor, boy was he thorough. He explained what was going on, what to expect and what I was doing that could make things worse. They gave me a steroid pill right there in the office - no need to go to the pharmacy! And they observed me after I took the pills to make sure I didn't have a reaction. It was actually a good thing that Exer didn't work out!

They did X-rays and was told the radiologist wasn't in and they'd confirm with me today if there is a fracture. I've called twice today and still they tell me the report is not back yet. I am baffled. This is supposed to be URGENT care. The receptionist just told me that they could have it ready tomorrow. I have sons who have had fractures and the urgent care place I went to were able to tell me right then and there. I came here as a result of an Injury. The process has been brutal and difficult. Needing multiple appointments and seeing different medical staff. Since booking this appointment I have been nothing but promt and proactive. Original my appt was at 8 am and I had a van left asking me to come in early at 7:45 so I agreed being accommodating for them. I arrived at 7:38 and the door was locked so I drove next door the Taco and waiting to see if a car would pull in soo once I saw a black Prius pull in I got in my car and drove right back Into the parking lot. It's now 7:48 and I wait for the employees to unlock the door and then I walk in. Once I walk-in I let them know I was there for a 7::45 appointment and she immediately just said I missed my appointment. I was shocked because I just saw her and another man unlock the door. I said but you we not open. she said you were supposed to be here at 7:30. She was so cold and not caring and just said we need to reschedule you. I drove all the way here at 7 am. I was so upset I had to just leave before I got so upset. I just walked out. I've made a complaint with my attorney and will try to contact the BBB. They will not even see you with a cash upfront payment???? It's totally their business if they want to only do MRI's for injury lawsuits, but maybe advertise your business upfront as an exclusive personal injury shop. They are in the "make it rain" legal business, not offering healthcare services to the public. The American healthcare system continues to get more strange and harder to navigate.

Lots of patients waiting in a large clean and reasonably comfortable waiting room. My appointment was 9am, I got there around 8:45, and was called at 9:45; so bring your water and be patient. If you are fasting, better get the earliest appointment possible so you don't starve. I got out around 10:30, and there were significantly more people in the waiting room. I was helped by 3-4 technicians and a couple more being trained. The technicians were all friendly and helpful. They don't read the chart so they can't really give me much information, just told me that the doctor should be contacting me with results in 3-5 days.

NEW UCI trained staff handed me a 40 pages legal documen after merger... my job is reading contacts and I did not have time except to scan...one sided. Needed simple "pre op chest xray; . Tried to make appointment by phone. Told only walk ins for x-rays..from 8 am-5 PM M-F. Showed up 8/3/26, early. As existing patient all records already on file. Handed prescription; receptionist asked supervisor if "pre op" was sufficient to submit to MediCare for billing; I was told diagnosis was not sufficient to permit x-ray. Told I had to get Doctor to revise prescription. NO OFFER TO CONTACT DR OFFICE and have revised prescription faxed over...Asked for private pay option to avoid having to delay scheduled surgery; NO.. Asked for referral to another x-ray clinic ... NO. UCI trained staff is less than helpful. Appears that unless they can guarantee billing of insurance, you should not waste you time at this facility.

All done via iPad and she made sure to send me the link by text to update my MyChart to save the info and get my test results. I had a lovely student begin my ultrasound scan and her boss followed up and completed it. Everyone I have interacted with here is efficient, courteous and friendly. At times they are crowded but usually not; I have never waited a long time to be seen. Restrooms are available right off one of the waiting rooms and inside the testing area.
