I was able to book my first appointment and picked up a stuffed animal with my baby's heartbeat. The techs are very professional. The TV located in front of the bed, where you can watch your baby is really blurry and hard to see. But the TV on the left side is decent. I scheduled my next appointment (keep in mind they only work weekends and it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a real person to switch your appointment). I'm giving Mommy Bundle of Joy 1 star because of their call/schedule department. I had more of a relationship with their A1 "Rosie" than any human contact. I emailed, called and NO RESPONSE. Keep in mind they are only open during the weekends. I have been trying to reach a human person to schedule or reschedule my appointments but if you book a bundle package, you can't go online to schedule the next one. I have a toddler at home and it's hard for me to go to Del Amo just to speak to someone about schedule change. By the time someone reaches back to me, I'm already due. I have been trying to get a hold of someone since the beginning of July! Supposedly there's someone "always" monitoring the call lines and are supposed to call the clients to remind them of their appointments but again, I haven't heard from anyone. Finally the owner calls me (a month and a half later) and told me he was going through something so I decided not to write a review and he agreed to give me $95 refund which was half the cost of the bundle package because I 2 visits out of 4. When my husband picked up the check it was for $70. It's not worth fighting $25 for so I'm a writing a review instead. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND M

This place is quiet and comfortable Private room with plenty of extra space for a little entourage, friends or family to sit comfortably and view the big screen ultrasound. The ultrasound technician was amazing. Friendly and polite and funny. I felt very comfortable with her. thanks again for the wonderful experience I will return towards the end of my pregnancy for another view of my babies. FYI: I NEVER once mentioned the ultrasound technician by name because I never knew her name. Therefore, I NEVER shared private/personal info.] Terrible service at First Look. Original owners that owned this place over 6 years ago were much more professional and the ultrasound technician was better too. The new ultrasound technician was extremely patronizing and rude. In earlier visits when I wasn't far along, she discussed stuff that was VERY unprofessional and something she shouldn't be talking about to random clients. I felt very, VERY uncomfortable with what she was sharing with me and felt that she crossed professional boundaries. When I returned further along at 29 weeks, I expected to get better pictures. She kept saving and clicking pictures that were very distorted. When I shared my concern that everything looks distorted, she said in a very patronizing way: "Look, the baby isn't going to take the cord, move it out of the way, and smile for the camera." At that point, I told her she was being incredibly rude. They charged $142 + tax for pictures that did not show the baby at all. The owner claims that they allow people to return if the pictures are not good. However, if the ultrasound technician is very rude, then why would any customer want to return? I ended up getting my money back. Mothers to be: I highly recommend not going here. If the ultrasound technician is having a "good day" and everything looks good - of course, she's going to be in a good mood. But, if she's having a bad day - then she's been known to be very patronizing, condescending, and extremely rude. This is especially true when the "baby isn't cooperating." I've gone to them several times in the past when I was not that far along to make sure everything was progressing because I had a scare at the beginning of my pregnancy and was worried. To The Owner: No matter what you say or how you try to respond, you've made excuses in the past. The way you solve this issue is to listen to the client and if they felt that the ultrasound technician - your employee was being rude - you should believe the customer and take their word for it. It is your responsibility to talk to employees when there is a complaint about their attitude and professionalism. You should train your employees not to share things that cross professional boundaries. You should train your ultrasound technicians to put the client first and not their own personal lives/stories above the client. It is also your responsibility to not make false promises of 5D being like the "real thing, like seeing the baby in real life" when the images that were taken were 100% distorted.

I got lucky coming across Prenatal Angels and seeing that they offer a Pregnancy Confirmation ultrasound. From the very start Ken was very warm and welcoming to my husband and myself. He introduced himself, shook our hands, and let me get comfy on the bed with paper towels to prepare for the ultrasound gel. He explained the process, what we were looking at, and it was professional but friendly at the same time. The only nerves I felt that whole appointment were similar to those butterflies people get, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Even if all I was seeing was a little little sight to see, it was my sight to see. After the appointment we got to take home two ultrasound photos and Ken explained the different packages they offer and how he hopes to see us again.
