Not satisfied with the service at all, wish I could get a refund. My 9 printed images are all the same, not as clear as the ones they use for promote their service. Outdated machine definitely not HD images. I've been to a different place and for the same price I got way better service and images. I went here because it's closer for me but not happy at all. The package promotion was listed on their website when I booked for $65 and they charged me $72 it was about 15-20 min session. The exam bed has no paper nor sheets, during this Covid19 they should at least have the bed covered, once my session was over they didn't even provide any towels nor paper towels/tissue to wipe ultrasound gel off my belly I had to wipe with my undershirt. Arleen helped me , and she was the sweetest on gods earth I swear she made the experience for me and my husband soooo memorable and I can't thank her enough. She made us feel very at home with a warm mother vibe , she treated me better than any ultrasound person I've ever seen! Which was very important to me .She was patient when I called and told her I was going to be a couple minutes late , told me not to worry , I booked the same day I called as well . I was 18 weeks so the 3D scan wasn't showing to much , baby was still pretty small . we are definitely coming back and booking a appointment with arleen again when I'm 7 months so we can see a little clearer We were extremely ecstatic finding out the gender and We're very satisfied on everything ! We got to pick out a teddy bear with a heart beat recording, We got a dvd And a huge photo of 9 pictures for about 100$ super affordable for us ! I came here based on everyones reveiews and I also had a great experience! The technician and the receptionist were both really sweet! My bf and I came to find out the gender of our baby and the entire time the baby wouldn't spread his feet so the tech made me walk and eat a chocolate lol The baby was stil asleep so she tried moving him around and finally we were able to see!! And we saw the little pecker and the tech zoomed in to verify to us we were expecting a little boy :D There's a big screen so you and other friends and family can see. My oldest son was able to see his little brother for the first time in 3d :) We took longer than what we had initially paid for and even though our baby was giving us a hard time, the tech was very nice! read more

I'm only writing a Yelp review since all three of the emails I sent went ignored. I was hoping you ladies would at least apologize or acknowledge my experience. I had an appointment at 9:15 on Sunday, December 23rd. Before I filled out the paperwork I made it very clear that I did not want to know the gender at the time and was going to do something special with my husband. This is my third and final child. We did not find out the sex of our two previous children so this was extra special. Once inside the room I was told when to close my eyes and we had conversations about my two older boys. After awhile the technician stated she knew the gender. She then proceeded to show me my baby on the screen. This is when my experience became upsetting. First, the technician said, "SHE (talking about my baby) is holding the cord" then the technician said, "SHE'S covering her face" and she also said, "SHE'S really shy" to make matters worse, the technician then asked when I was going to go shopping for the baby since I needed to buy new items (we had talked about how I had a 17 month old boy). Really? THREE times the technician told me what my baby was. I understand human error but really? I didn't want to know that day. I was so upset leaving the appointment that I just opened the envelope and saw that the tech did reveal what my baby was. I am completely disappointed. She ruined a huge, special surprise for our family. Please take this into consideration for future appointments with others. This wasn't a very good experience for me and I'm still very upset. read more

After going here twice for the short 2D ultrasounds early on in pregnancy and LOVING it - I tried going to another place for gender determination because I felt like knowing right.that.second. and this place was closed already. haha. And of course it wasn't the same experience and was more expensive. So straight back to this place I went to confirm the gender. They have the best packages and the stuffed animals are also very cheap (to put the heartbeat in) There are 2 women that run this place and they are very nice & friendly and remember you every time you come in. The ultrasounds are great and they even tried very early on in my pregnancy to give us a "sneak peak" of the 3D/4D. The DVDs are set to very nice music and are wonderful to have. Can't wait to go back there again! =) PS - Women let me tell you something, when you are early in your pregnancy and the doctors aren't giving you any ultrasounds but you really REALLY want to see your baby or make sure everything is OK, you can come here and get 10-15 minutes of 2D! I also recommend to take in cash because they charge you an extra $2 for using debit since they use paypal to charge. Children are welcome here, they have toys to keep them entertain. But overall the lady who help me was sweet and explain to me everything that was going on and what we were looking at when seeing my baby. My wife and I had a great experience. We were curious about whether to expect a boy or girl and were so happy to come here for an ultrasound. It was our first ultrasound outside of a obstetrician's office or hospital and was really great. Finally, a pleasant experience where the technician actually focused on the mom and baby instead of doing one inscrutable task after another. The images we got were much clearer than at the hospital even though the baby's position wasn't the best. The equipment and room were set up very well and both of us came away with a happy feeling. I came here last weekend and they did an excellent job! My baby girl was covering her face the entire time and they tried their best to try and get her to move her little arms. I came here twice once for gender verification after Kaiser was unable to give me an answer a friend of mine sent me here. The technician was able to tell me it was a girl after 15 minutes, and they didn't make me drink 32 ounces of water 1st. Since I was only 4 months pregnant they told me it would be in my best interest to come back later in my pregnancy to get "good" 3d photos. But they still gave me a DVD and CD with photos. I was overly excited to get my 3d pictures. I had waited until I was 7 months. It's like getting a chance to peak at your baby before you actually have them. I had a really good experience here. The technicians are so nice. They make you really comfortable. My appointment did run a little late the 2nd time. I was suppose to be seen at 12:30 and I wasn't seen til 12:50, but once you see your baby on the screen you tend to forget. They have this very strong inscent burning which doesn't agree with me. I seriously wish they would lose the inscent. Having any type of strong smell around pregnant people doesn't seem like a good idea to me, but I would still recommend this place. I'm so tempted to go back in few more weeks to see what my baby will look like then, but I'm so close to the finish line. I think I can wait til she's here to take more pictures. read more

I went here after it was recommended by a friend. Made an appointment online for one of the online specials back in February. We had a gender reveal at the end of February so it was really important that we went to a reputable place, and we were finding out the gender with everyone else. The ultrasound tech was very, very nice and went beyond the time we paid for. I informed her that we were having a gender reveal party and that we wanted to keep it a secret. We were there mostly for the gender determination and at 18 weeks you can't see too many of baby's features yet. But, the tech tried for the longest time to get the little one to move and show his face so she could get pictures for us because no one else was waiting. I highly recommend this location! read more

Horrible experience. They treat you like sh**. The first time we came they were polite but the baby wasn't cooperating so we had to reschedule twice and they gave us attitude. They told us to come back another time and it was empty. We come the 3rd time and we are standing outside in the rain no one is opening the door. They don't keep track of appointments and there is no order in this business. Horrible experience, terrible customer service, and overall dissatisfied with the business. Saw her for my second pregnancy with my daughter and she got really good pictures 4 years ago ,I recently went back to her for my third pregnancy to find the gender out of nice my baby she found he eas a boy and took her time to make sure she was right, not a rushed appointment at all she was very sweet just like i remember and made it feel special. She told us we are having a boy at 15 weeks and it still confirmed at 18 weeks it's still a boy , I will be going back to her when I'm in my 30 week Mark so we can see my baby boy and all his chubby glory :) read more

I made an appointment for 2:30 pm on a Saturday and apparently they overbooked themselves. We waited around for 30 mins before I was asked if I could wait an additional 30 mins with a free upgrade. I was very irritated at this point because I had people there with me to see the baby. I finally got into the room at 3:30 pm, but we had been waiting so long my baby was sleeping and not very active. I was highly upset. I would not recommend this place based on this unprofessional behavior even though the prices were the best I could find. I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Couldn't be happier!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!! This is a very cozy small office just perfect for you and you're partner! They make you feel very welcome and at home I'm 27 weeks this was my first 3D/4D ultrasound done and it was amazing. It was a very nice experience, the sonographer there Rene Castillo is the best. Our first visit we weren't able to get any complete pics due to the baby's position (which it happens at times) they were very nice about it and rescheduled me for the following week! This time was even better than the first, our baby had moved and was in a completely different position and we were able to get various shots of his cute little facethey also confirm baby's sex. Price was reasonable and i love the fact that you go on-line to schedule you're own appointment and are able to view and purchase from the various packages that they offer - they have good deals on-line! read more

I came here in 2012 and I remember it to be a great experience! They allowed me to come back again free of charge because my baby wasn't cooperating. When I came back the technician was patient and did her best to get good pictures. Everything was perfect and the images were VERY clear unlike Prenatal Peek in Whittier! Rene is the best! our obgy cancelled the appt on us on the 2nd time that we wanted to know our baby's gender. we made an appt with this shop on the same day. even though we were supposed to be the last customer we were running late, i felt bad. however, it turned out they took another guest before us because that other lady was due the following week and she has to drive out of state. anyway, excellent customer service, very exceptional. by the time we were done it was 8PM and they were supposed to close at 7. you can tell they were caring and professional. highest props to these professionals. read more

I came here to save a few $$ because the last place I went to was $20 bucks more. I should have spent the extra $20 the second time around. The tech was polite but not very professional. her phone was ringing off the hook while trying to do my ultra sound. And the equipment there is out dated. So the images where not very clear and very slow. Also there was only two 32" screens to view the images from. Last place I went to had the images projected on a very nice projection screen. Hello everyone! Thanks to the awesome reviews this place had, is was what basically convinced me to get my ultrasound done here. The reviews were right, and our experience here was awesome. Our lil boy was not coorperating, so Arlene happily told us to return for a rescan. The second time around i followed her advice of drinking cold orange juice at the office, and bam! It worked got my lil guy was moving and allowed us to see his chubby cheeks. The price package you can not beat anywhere! And the service was superb! Not sure if I am alone in this feeling, but as this is my first pregnancy, not having very many symptoms, and my OB not willing to do an ultrasound until week 12, I had a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that there is a baby actually in there. My husband and I chose 3D Ultrasound Memories because it was close to home and because I got to choose my appointment online. Initially I was a little bothered that I would not get a print out because that is what I always see other people have, but the fact that 3D Ultrasound Memories gives a video instead of a print out made it 1000 times better. Renee was super friendly and made us very comfortable, and I walked away with a video of my baby moving around in there and with an audio of his/her heartbeat. I now have the video on my phone and watch it whenever I want. Sure a picture is cool, but I don't know how many people can say they have a video of their baby on their phone. So glad I went here, and I will recommend to everyone I encounter who is newly pregnant so they can get a video too. read more

Went in the first time and my lil guy would not let us see his face. So we went back two weeks later and had an okay experience. The technician was super nice but the quality of the pictures weren't that great, very dark and just not as clear as I would want them to be. We purchased a stuffed animal with the recording of his heartbeat and it had a lot of static., not worth the extra $25. I would not recommend this place to a friend but everyone's experience is different, maybe my expectations were too high. read more

i love love this place!!! i called and they got me in the same day, i went in and the ultrasound tech was so nice, she was so excited for me and she seemed like she really enjoyed her job which was awesome. usually they are like "ok 10 min is up"!! not her she even let me go drink some soda so the baby would move around so she could get a better shot of him. she gave me a cd with all my photos and 2 videos for a great price. i will go back there again and i hope you try them out too, you wont regret it! read more

Not very professional when it comes to your time. I read Richards review and thought maybe this his comment was just a one off. However the scheduling completely sucks especially if you are a working individual. Even a confirmed appt doesn't hold weight a representative will call you cancel or adjust at anytime. Sometimes right before you arrive and you will be forced to wait in the hallway until someone arrives. I would recommend finding a place a little more pricey just for time sake. Nice unfortunately doesn't get a job done. Very Unhappy. And so is my wife. read more

It would be nice if they actually showed up on time. My first time was 2 weeks ago, my appointment was at 9:00am. The tech actually showed up at 9:30am, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and believed her story that the online scheduling was off. We weren't able to get a good image that time so she suggested I come back in 2 weeks. I came back today for my 10am appointment. I walk up to the building and the building was closed. I called and the person on the phone gave me the code to get in but didn't bother to tell me no one was there. I walk in and the suite door is also closed. I called and finally a lady by the name of Renee answered. She explained to me that the schedule was rearranged and my appointment was actually at 11am. Well, it would have been nice if someone called me to notify me. I was very upset that this facility has wasted so much of my time due to their inability to be organized. The only thing Renee offered to do is call her tech who was driving from West Covina to see where they were. For someone answering the calls, I would have to say this woman didn't have good problem solving skills. I was very upset at her resolution to the problem that I asked for my money back. She didn't refuse it and said it would be in my bank account in 5 days. In addition, she proceeded to explain to me that my appointment wasn't cancelled but it was just moved to another time without notifying me. The excuses were even more irritating to me and so was the lack of good customer service. I mean I wasted my time and gas going to this facility, you would this the least they can do is sincerely apologize for their mistake instead of making excuses. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. read more
