It's a little bit difficult to get into, but Its totally worth it once you get inside. I really liked the store it's very organized & great if you're looking for older games!! We were looking for an N64 or SNES & they had one N64 left for $50! We jumped on that price & their prices are very reasonable. Stopped here for the first time while we were in Green Bay this past weekend. I was impressed with the selection of movies, CDs, and video games they had. I thought the place was extemely clean, and well organized. The staff was very helpfull, and I thought their prices were very reasonable compared to buying used games from GameStop or other places. Although we didn't do this, it appears that you can listen to music, watch part of the movie, or try the games out while you are there. They have a 7 day return policy We will definitely stop back when we are in town. PrePlayed is a good place to find used DVDs, Blu-Rays, and CDs. They also have a decent selection of used video games, and while they carry older systems like NES and Playstation, their selection of those systems is generally limited to the most common titles. I will never come back! Me and my sister were looking for a wii remote, we found and bought it. The employee said that there was no motion plus, which of course I understood. I know that certain games need it, but we didn't. When we got home, it was working except for the fact that the motion sensor was NOT WORKING!!! We returned the next day to get a refund. I sent my sister inside and the employee said that we did not understand what he said, even though I clearly did, and demanded a restock pay to take it back!?! I knew I should've went inside and helped out because my sister doesn't know much about games and stuff. Never going back again! Horrible customer service. read more

We went there today to find a PS2 controller for cheap. To our luck it was there and in great condition but couldn't buy it. My hubs told the guy behind the counter that we wanted something from the locked case and he rudely responded to wait until he was done. Done with what, I don't know because he wasn't doing anything but standing there. We proceeded to wait by the case 10 mins and he never looked at us or said anything about how long he would be. This place is a pathetic joke. I took my ex girlfriend here 6 months ago after she first got a 3DS for the first time and was excited to find some games with me. Found a couple original loose ds games for cheap and I noticed a copy of Elite Beat Agents for $3 and thought she would love it. Go home and she pops in the game. Doesn't register. Pops it out to find a disgusting black tar liquid goop that is all over the cartridge. Pops in a different game later to find that her 3DS now won't read her. other. games. Called Preplayed and complained about this BS and the manager stated "We aren't liable." So you're not liable for breaking her $200 system that whatever neckbeard you had employed that particular day was too lazy/incompetent to actually look at the trade ins you accept. Fucking Christ. Every other time I've been here these neckbearded mentally checked out employees behind the counter give you shit looks and have never once taken less than ten minutes to walk around the counter to grab something out of the glass case and this includes times where I was the only customer in the store. Also sold me an N64 once that had a broken controller port in another instance of them not testing or looking at anything they sell. Prices range between decent to a joke, most movies or season dvds can be bought brand new elsewhere for the same price or only slightly higher. Buy your games at Donfather games instead, they are actually pleasant and actually have a clue about the merchandise they sell. read more

Great place with a great selection. One of the very few places that lets you try a game before you buy it. My only complaint, as with alot of used entertainment stores, is that some of their items are overprices. I dont know how they gauge their used prices, but they are off by alot on some of them. Dont get me wrong, Ive found some great bargins there too. I enjoy stopping by and checking out what theyve got. read more
