We love it here and would recommend them to anyone! The staff is really accommodating and has been really easy to work with. They do have some teacher turnover, but unfortunately that happens at every single daycare. When it does happen, it's been communicated to us and a replacement is there almost immediately. I feel very comfortable leaving our little girl there. She really enjoys it and is starting to really bond with her teachers. I've never doubted the level of care or compassion each of the teachers has displayed. They've helped me along as a first time mom on what sorts of things to bring in and when. They don't bat an eye when I've asked silly questions or when we have forgotten spare clothes for the second day. I honestly can't say enough nice things about them.

They offer great extra fun like date nights when the kids can stay late on selected Friday's for dinner so parents can enjoy some alone time or Saturday morning activities like yoga or pumpkin patch visits so families can meet. My little one loves the teachers and all the kids. We're very lucky we found sprout and I'm so grateful for them!

Our daughter has attended Hilliard Montessori since she was 18 months old and cannot speak highly…read moreenough of the school and all of the teachers. We feel such great comfort in knowing that our daughter will be treated like one of their own and will be safe at all times. We transferred from another daycare due to not feeling this same sense of comfort there. We have also seen such tremendous growth in all areas of development and I really think this is a testament to the Montessori style of learning and the school overall. The class ratios are also small, meaning more attention and personalization for each student. As a self proclaimed helicopter parent, I was surprised at how much ease I felt with her starting a new school. I also feel heard every time I bring something up to a teacher or Sadhana that we have been trying at home or with occupational therapy. There is nothing like it in the area, in my opinion- Sadhana and the teachers create opportunities to build community with other parents and not only a casual wave in a hall. If you'd like to chat with me directly about our experience, I have given authorization for Sadhana to share my contact information and would be happy to answer questions you may have about our personal experience.

The school is small, with three preschool/kindergarten rooms and a toddler room. The wonderful staff is led by the Director, Ms. Sadhana Arun, who is a smart, loving woman who really understands and implements the Montessori philosophy beautifully. My first clue that this was a supportive and welcoming place was watching all the children race up and hug Ms. Sadhana as each one left for home in the afternoon. The teachers know all the children's names and because all the rooms are mixed age, there is an amazing sense of community among all the children who attend, that I haven't seen at any other pre-school/daycare. Our daughter blossomed at Hilliard Montessori. She gained amazing self-confidence, as well as math, science, and reading skills. She also developed a strong sense of her own ability to affect positive change in the world around her. I also appreciated the diversity of both the teaching staff and the families who attend the school. There are so many cultures, languages, and backgrounds represented. The family potlucks and celebrations were like world travel, without leaving home. My only regret is that my daughter has now aged out of their program and she can't continue to be a daily member of this loving community and learn from such amazing teachers. We highly recommend that you contact Hilliard Montessori to set up a visit if you are looking for daycare or a preschool experience for a child between 18 months and 6 years. Yes, they offer kindergarten too!

I asked Dan and Tamara if he would be able to work with us too because I didn't want him to be alone at home. They agreed. We did all the steps and got him hired onon as a cook/cleaner. But he did everything the teachers asked and more. I was an infant teacher. In 2017, my son was moved to the toddler room. From April-September. It was very stressful because there were some very questionable teachers that would get hired on. i decided to quit in Sept 2017 because I wasn't being paid enough to watch, teach, do arts and crafts, and a ton of paperwork. My boyfriend quit with me. Dan immediately messaged me, and my boyfriend. Called me the B word and my boyfriend a Spic. (He is Hispanic) he said a lot of very horrible things to us because we no longer wanted to work for him. There were multiple times Dan and Tamara came to work arguingarguing, and they prioritised their children over any of their students. I would never recommend this place. They did not follow state laws all the time. They didn't make their teachers clean and sanitize the rooms every night. They cuss in front of children. They would give their kids candy and toys in front of other kids. Their kids could leave their class at any time and sit with the grandmother in the kitchen. It was very unfair to the other kids. It's a very stressful environment.

It is rumored (I was told, not personally verified) that he likes to partake in the enjoyment of several substances that could alter his judgement. If this business is under consideration, I would find out if he is still there. If he is, I would ask for a test to prove care under his supervision is safe. Just some friendly advice.
