We enjoyed trivia night at Prescott with some Korean & Filipino food. Fun & neat place with great food options & fun community.
So many to choose from so we got little bit of everything! Woo can cook: Generals chicken was a bit salty w/ tiny kick of spice even w/ the Thai basil fried rice was a bit bland imo. Popcorn taters were nice and crispy! Love how it reminds me of eating actual popcorn chicken. Cafe noir blackened shrimp was the star of the show for me. So many flavors and textures altogether! Very good
Great food hall in Oakland with large outdoor space. Very kid and dog friendly. Love that there's a variety of food options including burgers, pizza, Italian, Chinese... I think just missing maybe Mexican food option. There's also Almanac brewing. There's a big sand pit with toys for the kids and a big area good for running.
Food hall that recently opened as of early 2026 (I think). The five years is busy and vibrant. It's well lit indoor and has outdoor seating as well. Lots of eateries and vendors in this building that smell and look delicious. I stopped by here for a coffee at the coffee stall, but would love to come back to have a meal. Unfortunately, that evening me and my nephew already had dinner plans elsewhere. There's even a popular brewery near the back and it seems like this place is widely popular with lots of families, enjoying food and beverages in the back outdoor area. Just a fun food hall, which I think is going to bring some more activity into the area.
Such a fun spot!!! Great food places, there's a gorgeous outdoor patio with benches and a sandbox for kids. The place is dog friendly which is also extra wonderful. On Sundays the farmers market is also great with food and produce vendors, small local businesses set up texts too, and there's usually always a live music performance as well. Such good vibes during the week and on weekends! Check out their website and calendar to see regular and special events!
The place that has the smash burgers is so good. I got the Oklahoma burger combo with these fries. I forgot what they are called. Oh yeah, the place is called Fast Times. I would for sure come back again. Ask for extra smash sauce for the fries!
On Sunday mornings there's a farmers market outside of the market from 10am-2pm. I came here to check out the produce at the farmers market. I didn't get any berries, but I got a cup of delicious tea from Sip to Live Herbal Tea company, a gift from Nadia's booth and the best quesabirria tacos from Pho Vy Oakland! The market also had a vendor that sells beautiful flower bouquets, so I'll come back for those another day!
I was stalking this place - getting updates, and following them online. They opened and I decided to go and see. I'm going to revert to the structure of my first reviews. The good - it is a cute, clean place. There is lots of room because it isn't the scene that it's supposed to become. There are some places in there and some opened a bit early, but I didn't know. It's also nice and clean, probably because they just opened. When I went through, some of the spots weren't set up yet and were darkened. Some had earlier service and closed in the afternoon. The bad - this place is much smaller than expected. I was expecting a grand food hall and this is a smaller food court. OK, but the pickings were slim. And the parking lot is tiny. It's not worth going through it because there wer no parking spaces available and I spent about 10 minutes in a conga line of cars trying to get through that tiny lot. When someone left, a person 3-4 cars in front of me would get the space. Not fun, not good. The ugly - did I mention slim pickings? I know I have allergies, but being gluten and shellfish free meant that I could not find something easily. I spent a lot of time going from spot to spot to look for something to eat. I didn't want pizza, because it was at least a 30 minute wait. I didn't want to do that. And the parking? So I made it out of the lot and there is not a lot of street parking. I managed to find a place a block away, but I imagine if this spot ever gets jumping, most of the people will be parking on the street and there are apartments in the area and people are parking for that as well. This place has the barebones for a good concept. I hope that it grows and develops and has allergy friendly options and so on. But for now, it's a hard pass for me.
I really enjoyed the energy of the space and the people. There's a variety of foods and really healthy choices. I love the community space. It's very casual. Looks like there was a lot of parking in the parking lot although I parked on the street. The space is clean and it has all the different bins for recycle etc I love the murals on the wall. I look forward to coming back and trying a different restaurant each time. They have new restaurants coming in. As well, I look forward to going to the farmers market. They have a big community board to show the events coming up. Looks like the kind of space I can chill out for hours while getting some work done.
Modern food court concept that somewhat resembles the mall food courts from yesteryear, just done with today's sensibilities. Surprisingly in West Oakland where pre 2005, most of us would not have thunk to enter. Lol. Just food and drink in these stalls. No shopping to attach with your time here. You only come here to eat and drink and/or lounge. There's about 8 stalls here, each one has its own kitchen that is somewhat visible, and maybe a little seating near the pay counter. But there's a lot more seating in 2 communal dining areas. 1 is indoor and the other outdoor. Lots of families and small groups, just an overall sense of community and good vibes. I won't name the current tenants here as these concepts are meant to turnover and not stay for decades. Everything is casual but seems of quality and artisan intent. Real similar to other modern food halls such as SF's Ferry Building, SJ's San Pedro Market, Sebastopol's The Barlow but this is on a much smaller scale and nothing here is bougie. Hip, urban, communal, delicious...count me in!
This review is for Fast Time Burger. I don't really crave or rate burgers highly but I found that their smash burger was reminiscent of some good ones I've had in SoCal, the standout aspect that could be a detraction is probably the greasiness since the fat did soak through the wrapping paper From a pure taste standpoint I would come back, the price point is decent for a smash burger at around $14 with tax. As for taste, it's what you'd want from a burger, juicy but not tough or too soft of a bite, the cheese melted cohesively into the burger patty, and the burger held its shape nicely. Maybe if I were to suggest something would be something that cuts through the fat a little more since that balances the salty, acid profiles but I digress as this is really a guilty pleasure meal The market itself is quite nice, maybe a little hot but has a selection of around six shops in close proximity, there's a number of people on dates, families, groups of friends that it's a tiny gem in all the chaos surrounding Oakland. The area felt safe and they even have an enclosed lot with a outdoor market adjacent The review may have been initially for the burger place but I rate it higher simply because I enjoyed this more than LA's Smorgasbord and SF's Spark Social particularly the lowkey vibe, nice outdoor seating with an Airstream as decor and they host summer night markets which is something that builds a nice community around. It's also very unlike anything I've been to in Oakland where it felt quite safe with a selection of popup(?) shops. I wish there were more places like this in the Bay but the mix of outdoor/indoor/popup shops/safe parking and ultra clean side streets felt like an oasis considering this is in Oakland, a place with questionable safety as of late
The Prescott Market is a cute spot with multiple food options and even hosts fun events! This review is for "Cafe Noir." The server was extremely kind and friendly, and helped me pick the perfect order for me. I got the Prescott bowl with farro, black beans, and Cajun shrimp. And let me tell you, that FLAVOR!! was out of this world! It was so delicious, nutritious, and filling. Would come back just for that!
As of today I'm going to have to downgrade my review. First warm day I've been in here and it's unbearable high humidity, temperature around 82°. We are well past the point where we have public buildings without air conditioning. I can't imagine what it's like behind the counter working next to us stove.

Hosted my birthday celebration at Prescott Market this year. It was the perfect place to gather my favorite people from different parts of my life and just drink, eat, laugh, and celebrate in a relaxed, welcoming, friendly neighborhood space. We had reserved two picnic tables on the patio, and ordered a cake from Cafe Noir. This place has something for everyone. And it's all very very good. Guests ordered burgers, chicken tenders, fries, onion rings, and shakes from Fast Times, beef tacos, yuba skewers, and daing na bangus from F.O.B. West, mushroom fettuccine from Cafe Noir, beer from Almanac Clubhouse, and lots of great cocktails from Pizzeria Violeta, F.O.B. West, and Woo Can Cook. Everyone was happy and we stayed til closing. Prescott Marker is a great place for casual group celebrations. Pro Tip: Reserving tables is really only necessary if the B's are playing. read more

Prescott Market Hall is more than a food court with its 7 kitchens: Fast Times Burgers, Cafe Noir, Almanac Brewery, High Wire Coffee, Woo Can Cook, Prescott Meats, Pizzeria Violetta... The Pizza, booze, coffee, smash burgers were impressive. It's an event space with its large inside seating, large outside patio, seating alongside outside walls, small parking lot with narrow stripped spaces. Hours 8-9 daily though most vendors have shorter hours, limited days. Check vendor hours B4 coming to confirm ur fav vendor is open. Murals are everywhere: "Science & Tech" (Matt Hurley), "Car Culture" (CAMERlsf, VOGUEtdk, "Food Culture" (Illuminaries), "The Collection to the Bay" (GriffinOne)... 4.5 stars: worthy:YMMV, quality: artisan, good ingredients. Juuust a cool venue. It's these kinds of places that give Oakland and the East Bay a name. It's cool, it's fun, it's unique. Great for groups, meet ups, families, game watching! Variety of food stalls to choose from and plenty of seating with its own parking lots. Open everyday of the week and late until 9PM. I'll be back for Farmers Market on Sunday. Very exciting and new place in Oakland that is growing fast. Its vibrant and new and brings life to an old neighborhood. Grand opening was a little while ago - maybe a month now? And since then I was able to enjoy the area - its packed with people on the weekend and the parking situation isn't that bad either. The small lot might be full but there is a bit of street parking too. Pizza and some beer and a friend or two makes for a great evening. Outside seating areas to enjoy the upcoming summer weather. This is a perfect place to gather with friends and there will be something for everybody. If you visited more recently - try it again as new tenants are still moving in. read more
Came here for lunch on a Sunday before an Oakland Ballers game. I decided to get the fried chicken sandwich and lemon donut bites from café noir. I also got an iced vanilla latte from high wire coffee. The fried chicken sandwich was so good, a good portion size and it came with fries. The donuts were good as well. Had a nice lemon taste and also came with a chocolate and caramel Dipping sauce, great for sharing! The iced vanilla latte was good however, after checking my receipt after I had already left I'm pretty sure I was charged more than what I was supposed to be charged. I'm not sure if they charged me extra because I asked for it iced instead of hot. The menu didn't show a price difference and the employee didn't say anything, but I was charged more than what was advertised on the ordering system. Good drink but pretty pricey I probably wouldn't get again. Overall, I really like this market hall. They have good options as well as a brewery attached to it. read more
What a great place!! Love the energy and the setup. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. You can order from all the different shops via one app. Then you get notified as food is ready and you can pop over to pick it up. Almanac brewery is the anchor store had plenty of options to enjoy. There is a pizza place, a burger place and a fried rice place to pick from. (Other ones that I didn't pay attention to). Will definitely be coming back!! read more

This food hall has a clean and inviting setting, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating throughout. And we were able to find street parking right in front during our recent visit (though there's a small dedicated parking lot as well). The venue features bites and beverages from Almanac Brewing, High Wire Coffee, Fast Times Burgers, Woo Can Cook, Prescott Meats & Delicatessen, Pizzeria Violetta, and Cafe Noir. However, we visited this past Saturday and most vendors were closed an hour before closing time (we arrived prior to 8pm). Having 4-5 spots closed when they only have about 7 businesses on site, makes things very limited. At least we were able to get some good eats from Pizzeria Violetta (chicken parmesan sub and italian sub sandwich) as well as some drinks from Almanac Beer Co. But, again, options were very limited in the market hall altogether. Whether they don't don't communicate their hours clearly and accurately, or they don't honor their hours, or they sell out of food early due to poor preparation (ie. Fast Times Burgers), being reliable is important to me, so I can't give more than 3 stars, regardless of how nice and new the venue is. read more

Decent spot to meet a large group, as folks can choose from several different restaurants, grab drinks, and snag one of the many picnic tables outside. On my first visit, I tried Fast Times smash burgers. Good burger, good fries. Appreciated the unlimited soda refills. In no rush to return, but would revisit if invited. read more
Yesterday I was at an event involving the Oakland 68's and Last Dive Bar, two grassroots organizations who hosted Fansfest 2025 near this hall and the surrounding area; namely, Raimondi Park, which is the home of the Oakland Ballers. Prescott Market Hall will have about eight pop up kitchens in its building. The official opening of this hall will occur in late March 2025. Some of the food vendors are listed in the photo. Other vendors will open in April 2025. The popup kitchen I visited yesterday was Pizzeria Violetta; serving pizzas, salads, chicken wings and sandwich. Another food vendor, Woo Can Cook, was available serving fried rice. I did see a few people sitting in the hall, dining on burger and fries from Fast Time. Exploring the premises, I noticed two restroom facilities, single occupancy. The information mentioned above is all I have available right now. Once I find out on social media and/or Google, any updates of Prescott Market Hall, I will provide any augmentation to this review. Based on my observation of the vendors that were there, they provided excellent customer service. Outside of the premises is another food vendor, Juicy Cookie Company. That vendor is there on Sundays selling vegan cookies. Prescott Market Farmers Market. read more
Back again for Ballers playoffs game 3! Which sealed the deal into the PBL Championship Series! Stopped by before game at Prescott's Fast Times Burgers. One of my favorite burger joints! Had to grab the Ballers double burger with added grilled jalapeños with some beer batter onion rings. This will fill you up! Hit Almanac for a beer to wash this meal down! It's been a while since I've been to the West Oakland area, and it's nice to see community food market venues like this have emerged. Prescott Market has more than a handful of eateries (Woo Can Cook, Pizzeria Violetta, Cafe Noir, Fast Times Burger, High Wire Coffee, Almanac taproom) inside a building with communal seating picnic-style tables and a welcoming and enclosed outdoor patio space. There's a small parking lot adjacent to the building (though the parking spaces are tight and fill up quickly) with nearby street parking. You can also order ahead of time online through the Prescott Market site or QR code for quick and efficient pickup. Looks like they host a bunch of fun events (Karaoke, live performances, etc) throughout the week during Happy Hours and certain evenings. Plus there's a Farmer's Market setup directly outside on 18th Street, every Sunday morning until 12pm noon. Located across the street from Bandaloop too. read more

Small Mixed market with beer gardens picnic benches in west Oakland? I came for dance class. Theres a parking lot and lots of families in the evenings. Casual and not too pricy. Its like the food market in Emeryville. I recommend if you are in the area. I ordered hamburgers there for a quick bite to eat. Friendly staff. read more
