SPF is over flowing with useful stuff. The best prices on furniture around. Hardware is another strong point for this home style business. Also the electronics and appliances has every type needed. Cute espresso machines and complete sound systems. Was just there and they got in tons of fabric. Cotton canvas sheer ect. More people would definitely like to know this place is here I am sure of it

I love to treasure hunt here. Yes it's chaotic, but that's a big part of the fun. I always find interesting items at really good prices.

It's a flea market, nothing else! Why are people complaining about it. They need a reality check. I always find it fun and interesting.

HAHAHAHA where do I begin? Although this flea market has a…read moreton of booths AND is FREE (no admission fee required), the folks selling are rude, horrible, and always seem to have a terrible day. Selling at the flea market should be fun! Prices are what you'll get for NEW in the store. No seller wants to negotiate (and further adds comments such as "I don't want to sell you, you can leave now" or adds excuses such as "it's harder to crochet small animals") even when the market is about to close. I am trying really hard to support... For example, someone in my party wanted toothbrushes. The individual selling the toothbrush placed a price tag higher than what you'll purchase in store NEW (and let's be honest, less likely to be stolen in the stores). The person in my party was willing to do a bundle deal for a mild discount (such as if one was $3, my person was willing to do 2 for $5). The seller legit says "you can leave now, I don't want to sell to you." WTF. Customer population: Mainly Hispanics Seller population: Mainly Hispanics Parking is free. Flea market is in the B zone.

So it turns out, the treat isn't just for our fur baby, it was for us as well. There are plenty of items each vendor has to offer: dog treats, clothing, bags, jewelry, etc. Most of them handmade and unique. Looking for something special for you or to give as a gift? You might just find it here. And yes. We ended up getting the puppers something nice! A great discovery indeed!

I don't know if they are doing this regularly on 4th street, because I've been in school and don't haven't got out much socially. It was kind of rainy so I didn't spend too much time walking around. But I liked it. At one point, when I was making and selling soaps, I would have been looking for a way to join them. It was nice to see this event and not have to worry about the hustle and how I would join. But it was nice, nothing I wanted to buy, nothing inspiring, but I liked being there. This marketplace was not huge, but it was nice. It wasn't very diverse and when I went to the website, I saw that their markets aren't geared towards us. But select people who live in fancy places. Not their fault and not a reason for losing a star, but there may have been a disconnect because of the selection of vendors and their wares. People were pretty nice but they wanted to make a sale and I understand that because that used to be me. You smile and greet each person and look them in the eye hoping that it will result in a sale. It usually doesn't. Which is why I left that business.

I grew up coming here with my parents and siblings and I remember how busy and full of life it use to be. So I wanted to have one last run here. This time I came with my own family, hubby, kids and had some of the food I had enjoyed in the past. Some of old stands are gone but they do still have a good amount of food options. Food review wise see below... Bbq ribs plate 8/10 Bbq chicken plate 7/10 Cheeseburger 6/10 (had some hard chewy pieces) Corndog 5/10 Fries 8/10 Agua frescas 9/10 but pricey at $9 each when you get 5x of them LOL. Took one pic of the cheeseburger but everyone else dug into their plates before I could take more food pics. Anyways we enjoyed it, had some decent eats and played at the arcade for a bit. Sad to see an old tradition die :(

When we asked workers can they direct us to like 2nd hand items, rummage or garage sale stuff, they couldn't direct us to resaleable items either. It makes you wonder how much are they charging their vendors. We are looking for second hand items, antiques and vintage clothing at low bargain prices. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!!! It's not a place were merchants can sell second hand items. Go to Capital Flea Market Saturday and Sunday instead, parking is free, and $2.50 a person.
