We had a hard time finding someone to do this as there was a great demand for handymen. I found Brandon and he got back to us promptly and told us he would be able to do this work in about two days. Brandon came but was a bit late but had called ahead to let us know of his delay. He said the he and his assistant would be able to get both racks up in a few hours. They completed the work and it seemed fine. Two days ago, 8/31/2022, my wife and I heard a crash in the garage. I then discovered after going into our garage that the rack collapsed. After investigating the bracket that came out of the ceiling, Brandon didn't bolt the bracket through a stud but only drilled through the sheet rock in the ceiling. Luckily it didn't crash onto my wife's car as the front end is parked underneath the storage rack. The items on the rack shifted but nothing was damaged. Attempting to have Brandon fix his wrong, I called the number listed for him and his phone is no longer in service. Funny thing is that his website is still up and running. Weird. Don't trust this guy, he does horrible work.

They painted the ground, the rocks, our flower beds, hose bibs, etc.. midway through the project they randomly told us they were no longer going to paint our back deck. When we asked them to be more conscientious and considerate of our property, we got a bunch of attitude and aggression from both the painters and their manager Dave. When we brought up our issues to the owner, Matthew, we got the same angry/aggressive response as if we were in the wrong for speaking up. I don't know too many companies that stay in business by bullying and gaslighting their customers, but these guys are certainly trying!

Unfortunately, the visible black cord that was on the side of mailbox looked increasingly tacky each time I looked at it. My husband and I racked our brains on ways we could hide/camouflage the cord and we finally decided the best way would be to dig out the mortar between stones and hide the cord that way, running it to the back of the mailbox .
