I called the shop, spoke to a female who identified herself as the Manager, and I requested a refund. I also pointed out that in the State of MN "Vape shops are NOT allowed to sell expired vapes". She refused to issue me a refund, and then went on to say they WERE allowed to sell expired vapes as long as they tell the customer they're expired, and the customer agrees to purchase an expired product. I told her they certainly did NOT advise me these were expired, nor were they displayed with any signage within the display case indicating these were OLD and expired. This is clearly a case where the business knows they're engaged in deceptive practices and even when challenged, they're unwilling to do the right thing or even back down from defending their deception.
