The back wall contains a refrigerated/frozen section with a decent number of choices in drinks, eggs, milk, ice cream, and the like. The other aisles have got your standard canned and boxed food items, candies, paper products, etc. What makes this location unique is the deli counter section where you can get freshly sliced meats and prepared options ranging from various meats, cheeses, salads (such as pasta and chicken), as well as a number of other choices. Though I've never purchased from this counter, its an interesting option to have just down the road. My favorite part about this location? The Sunday paper is always there and in stock when I arrive, no matter the time of day. I used to grab the paper down the street at CVS but unless I got there at ungodly hours of the morning, they'd be all out! Not the case here! (I just hope by revealing this, that the hoards of Sunday paper readers don't flock to this location and deplete my stock :-P). Clean, brightly lit, quick and efficient customer service... this location is worth the stop if needed. They have their own parking lot with exits to both main roads making this an easy in and out. Also... you can check out the handmade hats they have hanging behind the counter, yet another item you wouldn't find at just any convenience store!

The food and drinks are pretty reasonably priced too, as convenience stores go. Parking, however, can be a challenge. This is why I am only giving 4 stars, not 5. Because inside the store can get busy, it can be very difficult to park as there are only a few parking spaces that are not at pumps. Getting in and out can be tricky, but if you use the adjacent road with the traffic light instead of trying to get out from the front of the parking lot, it is much, much easier.

I often drive by this small convenience store on my way home from work, and have been meaning to stop by and check it out, so I could write a Yelp review. When I searched Yelp for "Moon Market," it was listed as being located on Park Avenue, which was confusing, because Yelp lists a "Moon Mart" at this address. Apparently, this store was also named "Reservoir Market Place" at one time. Anyhow, I eventually sorted out the confusion (basically, there are two stores with the same name, different locations and same ownership - read my other review). I will be submitting updated info to Yelp (sorry, I can't help it - I'm a stickler for accuracy). Anyhow, this is a small convenience store that occupies the left side of a small commercial building (a business called the Plant Store occupies the right side). There is parking in front and on the left side of the building. Although the parking lot is small, it is probably adequate for the volume of business. The store is nothing fancy and has a somewhat limited selection of drinks and snacks. I found only two noteworthy things: a large array of hookahs/bongs/water pipes or whatever those things are called; and a small cooler containing several flavors of Dippin' Dots (which are little balls of ice cream). The young man behind the cash register was somewhat friendly. Normally, I would rate a convenience store of this caliber two stars, but the Dippin' Dots elevated them to three stars. One thing I did notice was that Red Bull prices seemed high. I foresee myself stopping here only occasionally, when I have a craving for Dippin' Dots. Despite the heavy traffic on Reservoir Avenue, pulling out of here wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, since there is a traffic light at the side street on the left side of the parking lot.
