As a yoga instructor myself, I was looking for somewhere to practice that would hold me accountable and also stretch me in new ways. Detox fits the bill. It's hard (let me be honest, any place that makes me practice standing balance is hard ) but doable. And since at least one or two of the flows will be repeated in many classes, yogis have a chance to see their practice grow and expand, which is always so encouraging for students.

We tend to get couples massages, often on Saturday afternoons, but this time my wife picked Friday evening, which was a good motivator to get out of work. There are 8 different isometric classes (45 minute session) and 3 HIIT classes (15 minute session) you can sign up for. They also have the FX zone which is where a smith machine, dumbbells, and kettlebells are to do weight lifting as well. The classes are in little saunas and they can hold up to 3 people, although I will say most of the time you are able to get a room to yourself. The door is always locked, but members have access to open the door 24/7 to workout so it is super safe! The place is always clean and the staff are so friendly! They have a vending machine with lots of protein snacks and water that is always stocked. Not to mention the other people that work out there are awesome too!
