From the owner: Yoga? In a trapeze?…read moreYES, it IS as fun as it sounds! What is the Yoga Trapeze®? The Yoga Trapeze is a fabric swing between two sets of handles of varying lengths. The Trapeze allows you to hang upside down in various ways, as well as enabling you to drop passively into deeper, more supported back bends, build strength in the posterior chain and grip, and go into deeper stretches than you might be able to on your own! What are the Benefits? Inversion Therapy~ This is the biggest benefit! Hanging upside down creates space between the vertebrae and provides natural traction for the spine. This is so important because, in our culture, many people spend far too much time seated and end up with back pain. The trapeze opens things up and relieves discomfort! Assisted Backbends~ Backbends are often uncomfortable or not accessible to many people. The support that the Trapeze offers allows you to come into these beautiful heart opening postures in a passive way. Core/Posterior chain/Grip strengthening~ Traditionally, the opportunity to practice any type of pulling motion in a mat based class is unlikely. The Trapeze requires a great deal of upper body and core strength to do even basic movements, such as getting in and out of the sling. Using the Trapeze, you can quickly and effectively strengthen the back body. The Trapeze can also be used for planks, crunches, rows and many other things to help strengthen your grip strength and your core.

Fantastic Couples Massages…read more My wife and I only get massages from Rhonda and her great team. We don't remember exactly where, but we discovered Rhonda years ago and are thankful for that. She and her team have a nice, quiet shop on the 2nd floor above the Dierberg's at the Olive & 141... before going we never noticed there is a second floor above the Dierberg's, but there is a second floor with quite a few various offices up there. We tend to get couples massages, often on Saturday afternoons, but this time my wife picked Friday evening, which was a good motivator to get out of work. It's a great way to loosen up, physically, and to then enjoy some more time for a date afternoon or date night. The team knows how to keep things relaxed and calm. We recommend you visit and enjoy for yourself!

Bought a living social deal for a couples massage (1 hour each). I booked 2 ashiatsu sessions for…read morenext month, had no problems getting through on the phone. The girl who scheduled was pleasant, but not very knowledgeable about the service. I have some concern about this business.. she was featured on living social 2 or 3 times, and now I see on craigslist she is advertising for therapists.. makes me wonder about her level of standards as far as hiring processes go.. I made sure to make our appointments with the actual owner, Rhonda. I will update this review after our session and see how it goes.. I am VERY picky, and am a massage connoisseur. I will definitely give an honest review. But man, I hope it's good! Had our appointments.. and they were ok. The therapist was dressed WAY to casual to look professional (graphic t shirt and sweatpants? She is the OWNER. I know she does hard work for a living, but it was not a good look or good first impression.) I was kinda grossed out to see dirt on the floor and then spent my massage feeling dirty as she stepped off a stool onto the floor.. and then back on my skin.. I took a shower when I got home. The pressure was good, but the massage itself was average. Basic long strokes, felt like she was bored and uninterested. She rushed me out afterwards. No relaxation area here. However, My BF said his massage was good, and the place looked clean to him, so maybe I had her on a bad day? We may give this place one more chance.
