We called President Cab (at the recommendation of our hotel) very late after a concert when the Ubers or Lyfts were very busy. They were very fast to accommodate us and spent the time to find a good pick up location. We enjoyed our conversations with Hector on our drive back into Phoenix. I definitely recommend Hector and this company! read more

asked front desk Crown Plaza Phoenix Airport about shuttle to like cal attraction. She called 'taxi' There were no markings on his van, he answered his cell while ‍ be. there was no meter to see charges. Drove 5-10 below posted speed, seemed unable to gauge distance. He used our phone for directions!! Charged us $80+ and handed us a business card if we needed a ride back. Lyft cost less for trip back to Crowne Plz and was direct route. read more

I've travelled in Africa, Asia, etc., and this was by far the worst cab company. - did not turn on the far meter - spoke on his phone the ENTIRE 20mins drive - car looked like a dumpster, legit disgusting - car itself was falling apart. Water leaking from the ceiling into the car. Cracked windshield. Just overall terrible. Would give it 0 stars if I could. read more

Needed to get to the airport super early and called President Cab the night before and made arrangements for 0330 pickup. Hector called me at approximately 0300 and let me know that he was on the way. We all arrived at the same time at the pickup location. Hector was wonderful to talk to and we enjoyed our short trip to the airport. Great service! read more

Terrible. Won't accept "any cab" vouchers. Credit card machine broken. Scam. I would never use again. Would walk 3 miles to airport.

I have used many different cab services in many cities and i am in Phoenix at once or twice a week. The dispatch at president cab is so terrible in getting the calls out..that have us waiting for almost 2hrs...causing us to miss our schedule time for our departure causing a 2hr delay for over 50 passengers If this cab company of whom i was referred to can't arrive within 15 to 30min when i call almost 90min ahead and still late... This is very unacceptable. I will not refer the other drivers to use this service at all ... Its totally inconvenient for me as a commercial driver.. I'll be written a 2nd review later read more

We were at n u car rental and they said they could get President cab over there to give us a ride to the airport. We called and they said they'd be pick us up at 15 minutes, they never showed up. Worst excuse for a cab I have ever used! Our destination was less than 2 miles down the street from where we were. Driver couldn't find it so shared the Waze app. Called the same company to return to the motel and gave 2 major cross streets. The dispatcher recognized and said he would send the same driver. Called back a few minutes later to say they couldn't find the location and could not pick us up! We walked back! 1.9 miles down a Main Street. They should not be in this business. read more

Could not have had a worse experience. Reserved a cab to go to the airport the night before for 4 am the next day. Walked out at 3:58 call and confirmed the cab. Was told car was 3 to 5 minutes out. Waited 10 minutes called again said 5 minutes away. Waited 10 minutes called again and they blocked me. This without a doubt this is the worst experience I have ever had. Lucky for me the hotel, which doesn't start airport (COVID related) service until 7 am volunteered to take us to the airport. We pulled away at 4:28 am and still no sight of the cab. read more

He arrived early for a 6 am pick up which was good. The price was $16 for a 5 minute ride....a tad ridiculous

Attempted to use this cab company from a hotel by the Phoenix airport. They took over 30 min after stating it would be 15 so we took a Yellow Cab. After dinner tried again and we were told 15 min. The driver called back then text to confirm if it was Phoenix or Tempe when we had given him the exact address. After 30 min we called and the driver answered with "yeah we're late..3-5 min". Another 15-20 min later we called and he didn't answer so we text to cancel and called Yellow Cab. Tried calling one last time to make sure he got the cancelation and he sent us straight to voicemail. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

I just used this cab company to go a couple miles. The guy was friendly enough and when I asked him how much it would be to go to the airport from the motel 6 on 24th where he was parked he said about 8 dollars. Thought it was odd that I couldn't see a meter running but I was in a hurry to catch a flight and figured I could take the guy on his word. When we pulled up at the airport I asked what the total was and he tells me that it is normally $25 to go to the airport but for me it'll only be $20... Not sure what happened but I will not use this company again. read more

We had the desk clerk at the Crown Plaza called the President Cab company and asked him what the cost would be to go to either the AZ Mills Shopping Center or the Biltmore Shopping Center. He was quoted that either one would be around $18. Well, it ended up being $30. I used to live in Phoenix, so I know he took us way out of the way to get to the Biltmore Shopping Center. He even got on the freeway instead of going straight north on 44th to Camelback! Needless to say, the owes me some money and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. The next day we hire LYFT and were very satisfied. His Cab ID is 1000. Avoid him if you do call that cab company! read more

Cab was horrible van was rattling and shaking the whole ride to airport . Driver never turned on meter and when I arrived was saying $25. I called his dispatch and the told me it was only $20 not sure why he's trying to charge $25. Speedy drivers trying to scam people just beware. The company offered to give me $5 back but I'm not tracking down $5 from Phoenix to New Jersey. Just watch out get cab # and driver name and make sure u get fare price prior to taking a ride. read more

Our hotel called for cab to take myself, wife and two kids to the airport. A nice big suburban arrived and from the outside I was really impressed given the price to the airport was the same as a little taxi. I jumped into the front passenger seat and my family in the back seat. The driver was a nice Mexican guy friendly and all. But the dash board of the cab had a huge hole in it that looked like someone had taken a hammer to and pulled the radio out like a c-section. The back seat belts didn't exist. He started to drive and at the first stop sign the brakes barely worked and we could hear the grinding of the brakes in the brake rotors. Obviously the brakes were completely shot. I asked the driver about the brakes and he smiled and said "don't worry. You have Mexican driver! The brakes are getting fixed later." Then he made a phone call while driving and chatted in Spanish for about half the way to the airport while driving the wrecked truck. We held on until we got to the airport always wondering when we were going to collide into the vehicle in front of us with those grinding brakes and rattling dash board. Later my wife tells me the back seats were basically destroyed like someone took a knife to them. Was a bad bad experience. We got out at the Phoenix sky harbour airport and never looked back. On our return trip to Phoenix we caught the hotel shuttle a different hotel we were staying at. Later we asked the hotel reception to call us a cab. Believe it or not the same suburban and driver arrived. I refused to take his ride after looking inside the truck and seeing the smashed dashboard to confirm it was the same guy and truck. The hotel kindly called another taxi company for us. The taxi driver spoke little English and didn't know where the shopping mall was we were going to even though it was only a few miles away. I gave him the address and he plugged it into his gps and took us to the shopping mall for $20. Was a bit of an old rattly cab but we felt a lot safer. THEN for the ride back from shopping I made a request on Uber from my phone. I had never used Uber before and we were a little nervous about using it. Moments later a nice new 2016 Honda Civic arrived promptly as expected in front of the mall. The driver was friendly and well dressed and offered complimentary water bottles and hand sanitizer from small cargo nets in the back seat. Soft music was playing and he pointed out the seat belts to fasten if we wanted. He already new our destination from the Uber app request I made. In we got and within a few minutes we were back at our hotel for $10.16. For anyone travelling where Uber operates I highly recommend using Uber over a regular taxi. The taxis in Phoenix were horrible and in worse shape than others I have used in travelling to Mexico and Brazil. Too bad for the taxi industry but it's time to up your game if you want to compete. read more

I called and arranged for them to pick us up at the airport when our plane arrived. After waiting for 20 minutes I called them and they said they were on their way, 20 minutes later when I called them back they had turned off their phone. What a pooooooor excuse for a business. I wouldn't have given them one star if it would have let me continue without doing so. read more
