This is our favorite neighborhood donut shop. The husband-and-wife owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. Their donuts may not be overly fancy, but they are consistently fresh and delicious. The real standout, however, is their breakfast sandwiches -- we regularly order the #1 and #7, and they never disappoint. Their coffee is also exceptionally smooth and enjoyable. I arrived late in the morning, a few minutes before noon and the display case was nearly empty. The lady working behind the counter warned me that they were just about out of stock. There were 2 croissants left and I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. There were a few donuts and I asked for the maple bar. She rang my order up and went into the back to prepare the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. It was ready a few minutes. The croissant breakfast was very good. I quickly polished it off. Followed by the maple bar. It was tasty as well. Prices were reasonable. My only complaint, if you could call it that, was the lack of selection for the donuts. But to be fair at noon a donut shop isn't likely to sell enough more in the afternoon to justify making up any additional batches. Let me start off by saying that I'm not into donuts at all buuuuut this is my most favorite spot to get a donut (when I do crave one). I use to have other favorite spots to get donuts but after tasting theirs, this will always be my go to spot. My favorite is the glazed donut, they are absolutely the best (not oily at all). Small little literally mom and pops donut shop. Sally and Eric are great! Sally always remembers my order and makes it spot on every time. I always call ahead to place my order so that it's ready to go when I arrive. As soon as Sally here's my voice she lets me know she got my order and is on it. What do I get here: #11 Breakfast bagel with bacon and eggs hold the mayo and the cheese. This bagel sandwich is sooo worth the price. It's actually too low of a price for why you get. Anyone getting a McDonanld's Mcmuffin or Breakfast Biscuit should try a breakfast sandwich here. You get a much better value and it tastes so much yummier than a McD's breakfast sandwich. Hey, I know some people are just in a hurry and don't want to get out of their cars but the McDs drive thru lines for breakfast is usually pretty long. And if you call ahead, you too, can just run in and out. I don't buy a lot of donuts but when I do, I usually get the donut holes which you have to get there early because they will run out. I love the owners here. They are so kind. The donuts melt in your mouth. I usually will grab a dozen on Sunday's. Even at 9 am, they still have a good variety unlike some other stores. On this particular visit, my favorite coconut was out. Rather than saying we're out for the day, the owner said he'll whip one up for me. Sure enough, he went into the back, spoke with the wifey, and out came two freshly made coconut donuts! Love the service and love the donuts! read more

President Donuts definitely fits into the good donut shop category. Wife had friends over so I played the good husband role and went to pick up some donuts. It's really just a good excuse to keep trying all the different local donut shops, but it's a win-win for all. This shop stands out above the rest. Sally runs the counter (you can't miss her because she wears an apron that proudly displays SALLY on it) is nice and patient - patient being the keyword at a donut shop. The counter was full of donuts (some places start running out by 9-10am) and they had a pretty good selection. Most importantly, they had my pink donut! Fewer and fewer places seem to have it, but President Donut didn't let me down. With a name like President Donuts, how could they disappoint??
