We paid in full for wedding transportation services and contacted the company several weeks before the event to request a schedule adjustment. When we experienced issues reaching them by phone, I sent an email explaining that I was trying to get in touch. The responses we received from the manager and staff were unexpectedly hostile and unprofessional. One response stated: "First of all, we don't know who is calling!!! Second, when they cannot hear anyone, obviously they hang up!!! It is a NO brainer!! We have more than one individual working here and we don't know who you are referring to by "calling you"!!!" After additional communication, I requested to a manager to call me because I was concerned about the tone and level of customer service. I was then told: "Now you are being very rude. What is your problem? You are about to get blocked!!!" Blocked? A paying customer that is requesting to be spoken in a manner that is respectful? At that point, I requested cancellation of services and asked for the partial refund outlined in the contract (50% refund if canceled more than 30 days before the event), the cancellation was issued 31 days from our event. The company responded that the service was canceled but refused to issue any refund. The next day, after my fiancé contacted them separately, we were informed that the reservation had supposedly been "reinstated" -- despite reinstatement never being confirmed by the company and a new contract never being signed-- and that because the event date was "now" within 30 days, no refund would be provided. The situation escalated further when we received emails containing personal insults (being called psycho and entitled - two words management loves to throw around to his customers, check out other reviews) and accusations instead of professional communication. Regardless of any disagreement, customers should not be spoken to in that manner. A complaint has been submitted to the Better Business Bureau and we are currently pursuing legal action regarding the handling of our contract, cancellation request, and refund dispute. Based on the company's responses to other negative reviews, I fully expect management to respond by insulting me personally instead of addressing the actual concerns raised here. read more

I needed a limo for a special occasion and happened to come across this spot in my research. I'm located in a different state so I wasn't sure how it would turn out. Sunny was pleasant enough to work with it. A little busy when I called to confirm the reservation, but that was ok. My main goal was to have the driver pick my group up from one location, pick up another rider along the way, and drop everyone off at the final destination. That all went as planned. We found Presidential Limo when looking for a service that could transport 13 people on January 13, 2025 to my Father's interment at Arlington Cemetery and to the reception following at Myer-Henderson Hall. I requested information on-line on November 24, 2024 and was quoted, in an email, $1,398 for 7 hours on January 13, 2025. I called and spoke to someone on the 27th of November. I asked him to send the contract to my Mother's email; she would be making the payment. I did not see the contract that was sent. She had difficulty with the DocuSign, but signed it and made a payment of $1,450 (higher than the initial quote, I must add). On December 13th, the limousine showed up at our house at 11am. My Mother told them that they were supposed to come on January 13th. They told her "that is not what was in the contract." On December 13th, I replied to my email quote with the information that was supposed to be in the contract (January 13th). They said that is not what was in the signed contract and would take no liability for the error in their contract. We are now out $1,450 and will be calling another limousine company to transport us for my Father's interment and reception. I cannot recommend this company as they do not take any responsibility for their errors and, in my opinion, are very unethical. I was completely disappointed with the customer service I experienced. I booked the limo as a surprise for my husband's 50th birthday. We reserved a limo for 6 people. I was so excited to have someone meet us and surprise my husband. Instead I had to explain to him that we had to wait 45 minutes after picking up our luggage for a ride. We should have been checked into our room before the driver even arrived. I was told there was traffic but the driver was clear that he came straight from another event that was far away and he never would have made it on time. I booked with this limo company in May for services in July. When I booked I spoke to a man named Sunny who seemed nice enough. He told me that the balance of the money would be taken out of my account the Saturday before the pick up date. Saturday came and went with no charge to my account so I decided to call on Tuesday just to make sure everything was still on track. I called and said good afternoon, I just wanted to make sure everything is still on track because I see you didn't charge my account to which I was yelled at and told the contract was sent to me yesterday. Since I had already signed a contract I didn't know what the guy was talking about and tried to ask what he meant to which he yelled at me and told me sign the damn contract and hung up the phone. I was in shock, I tried calling back and he refused to answer my call. Finally after about 3 hours he answered and I still maintained my cool thinking maybe there was some misunderstanding. I again said good afternoon, I was just trying to get clarification on what I'm signing again and didn't intend to make the last guy upset. To which he yelled again and called me a low life manic and that I needed to sign the god damn contract and send it back, he again hung up the phone on me. I have yet to raise my voice once at this guy. I sent an email detailing what I needed from them and told them I apologized if there was some miscommunication but that wasn't my intent. He sent me the most disgusting email in response and proceeded to tell me not to call them back, to communicate with them via email only. I booked this limo service for 6 people, 3 adults, 3 children aged 10. We were headed to the Kennedy Center in DC on New Years Eve. The driver was great. He even gave a tour of DC along the route we took. While taking pictures we asked for the partition to be raised so the oncoming headlights would it interfere with the picture. I booked Presidential Limo for a birthday winery excursion on the strength of their website (excellent), prices (competitive), and phone charm (Sunny, both in demeanor and in that that was the name of the nice man I talked to). I put down my deposit and hung up the phone with a smile, confident I had made the right decision. Then I checked Yelp and proceeded to shoot myself.* Based on the reviews below, I was confident that I had doomed my friends to an experience that was at best good "for the story." We are all in our early 30's, btw. We no longer enjoy doing things "for the story." Our story is that we like having nice experiences and then going to bed early. What a surprise it was, therefore, to have...a thoroughly enjoyable experience?! Our driver, Max, was courteous, friendly, and bang on time. The limo was new and in great shape. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just got out of the phone with a customer service rep at Presidential Limousine Service. I did an extensive research with this and other limousine companies and I decided that Presidential Limousine could provide me with the best service; after all, their website is so well put together and informative. I honestly thought that I was going to be talking to professionals who could help me. I called them this morning to request service for my daughter's prom on May 17, 2014. The person who answered the phone was very busy and put me on hold. Mind you that I was on hold a longer time than the time he actually took to talk to me. I told him the date I needed the vehicle for, and that it will be for approximately 15 to 18 kids. He told me that he had a vehicle that could host about 20 kids. He asked how long I needed the limo for. I said that I was not completely sure, that it was my first time renting a limo for a prom. I explained the two activities the kids were going to do before prom, hoping he would suggest or help me determine the time, instead he said he was very busy and that their minimum rental time for that specific vehicle was of 6 hours and the price was $1,498. (He should have started providing me that information!) When I wanted to double check if it was available for May 17, he said "if it wasn't I wouldn't be mentioning it!" in an upset tone. I asked why he was being so rude and I stated, again, that this was the first time I tried to rent a limo that I didn't know much about the process. Honestly I thought they could help. Then he said that I was just plain stupid and hung up the phone. I tried to call back to ask to speak to his supervisor or the owner but he picked up and hung up again. My husband 'Brittany P' used this service to drive my friends and I for my thirtieth birthday. Not wanting to create any anxiety for me, he withheld many of the details of his dealings with them until way after the fact--but their business model was very clear when the driver kicked everyone out for no reason after our first stop. He began throwing our items into the street, and I had to ask a nearby police officer to intervene so we could get our belongings. So yeah, they ruined my birthday plans, but they really put my husband through the wringer. I found out later that every time there was a hiccup-they didn't have the vehicle he originally reserved, they were incredibly late picking us up, their 'state of the art' system didn't work, the individual representing the company screamed and swore at him. The driver screamed and swore at all of us. Also, take a minute to read responses from the company to any negative review; one is a clearly miserable person, another was too obese to enjoy their fabulous time, my husband needs a psych eval. The super stretched limo fit everyone in the court and the godparents very comfortable. The driver was very nice and professional. I will keep this company in mind for our next event. They showed up with two old beat up Escalades with scratches and dents everywhere and the interior was even worse with used cups and strange stains all over the seats. So embarrassing to have the wedding parties sit in these things. When I asked where the bmw limo was in which I put a deposit down from months in advance, they said the a/c wasn't working. I received no phone call or anything. They just decided to show up with whatever car they feel like regardless of what You paid to reserve the cars. They then demanded all cash upfront before the drive. You know you can't trust a company that has this business practice going on. Anyhow, we had no choice since it was after all a wedding with many people to transport so we got in the beat-up Escalades to find that there wasn't any working a/c in either car on a 95 degree day! As it appears is the case with every single person on here, if I could, I would give negative stars to this company. The only saving grace is that fortunately the service attempting to schedule the limo was so unbelievably terrible that I was spared from actually hiring them (though they do still have my credit card information which is worrisome to me). Please sit back and enjoy this sage: Phone Call to Schedule Service: I begin this story by saying that I am planning a wedding and have a completely scattered brain. That is why I wrote off the first two calls as just me being stressed. I called to see if there was any availability for one limo for a three hour block (as advertised on the website). I couldn't get through a sentence without whomever was on the other side putting me on hold. I finally, fifteen minutes later, had conveyed my needs and was told that they had availability. Then, I got yet another, "wait hang on." Turns out that they only had availability in a more expensive limo. It was a difference of $40 so fine, I don't care, let's do this and I was told that they would send the contract right over. (Oh, did I mention that the guy spent 5 minutes explaining to me how he "needed to make money?") Second Call: I received another call from the same man telling me, oh wait, I have a limo leaving Leesburge at 4:00 and I'll have him just come pick you up in D.C. at 5:00 p.m. I responded that no, I would rather have a clean limo that was guaranteed to be at my hotel at 5 as the timing was very important. I did appreciate the effort on his part. However, he refused to accept that I was refusing this (hair-brained) logistical plan. He then proceeded to spend 5 minutes bashing other customers to me, and then told me he would just figure it out on the day of and I would "get what I get." He then said he would be sending the contract over. I waited (I should have let my apprehension at this point dictate and run away). Third Call: I called two days later to inform this "reputable" business that I had not yet received a contract and I was getting a bit concerned. For some reason this set the man into an outrage, telling me to check my junk mail (well holy hell, why didn't I think of that before engaging someone that talked incessantly on the phone to me). He said he would send it over. Fourth Call: I just got a call from the gentleman from the company telling me that he had sent it and I must have done something wrong not to have received it (I'm lucky if I can send a text message so I appreciate that he thinks I am tech savvy enough to figure out how to enable my email to prevent receiving emails from a$$holes). He then began yelling at me about how I was all uppity about not having a contract. I responded, "Sir, you don't need to be rude to me." He then started screaming that he was not being rude I was just an absurd customer. At that point I told him to cancel the reservation, he yelled "FINE" and slammed the phone. If I could do 0 stars I would've. We Hired Presidential Limo for my wedding day/evenning to take the wedding party from the ceremony to the reception then back to the hotel. We set the times and the contract and had really expected a quality experience. Niko even conviced me his service would've been superior to their competition in the area...FALSE. The driver was impatient and frustrated when pictures took longer than 30 mintues (did I mention we paid for the night, not by the hour, so if we took extra time that we paid for, then being impatient is out of line...you had your money). Then I found out after the honeymoon that he yelled at the Matron of Honor and called her the b-word when she wouldn't get on the bus immediatly after the reception ended. How dare you! Sunny did tell me that Yelp has been removing ALL his 5 star reviews and I didn't believe him at first but after receiving his 5 star service, I do believe him. We reserved the Sprinter Limo with Presidential. Every single aspect was absolutely out-of-this-world. I spent a week looking for a great limo service for my girlfriend's birthday. I wanted to create a once in a lifetime type of experience and we got more than we could ever have anticipated. Sunny was fantastic in every way. I contacted him and I immediately booked with them and he persuaded me and I am glad I gave them a chance. I made several changes to our reservation along the way and yet they were still helpful, positive and cheerful. "No problem !" Don't use this company!!! I Had a horrible experience with this company. The bus arrived late and was dirty. The cups were used and the seats had chips in them. Once we pulled off, the radio would not work. It was only static and the Bluetooth connection would not connect to any of our phones. The driver had no idea of how to work the radio. We had to go back home and get our own Bluetooth speaker. After complaining to the owner, I was pretty much called a liar. I planned my friend's wedding in Washington, D.C. and for transportation we used Presidential Limousine. We needed 2 sedans for transportation from the hotel to ceremony and then from the ceremony to the restaurant for the wedding dinner. To our surprise we received a free upgrade on one of the sedans to a limo! Both limo drivers were very punctual and professional. The drivers took very good care of the wedding parties. After the wedding dinner we hired a stretch expedition to drive us around as kind of a wedding after party. It was the best experience ever. Our limo driver Eric was so wonderful. He took us to the monuments so we could see them at nighttime. Anything we needed he made sure we had it aka bathroom breaks. I hope I can have another wedding in Washington, D.C. so I can use Presidential Limousine again. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a reliable limousine company with the best rates for any event. Trust me, I called a lot of companies and Presidential Limousine had they best rates. Also as a side note I know when it comes to Yelp that sometimes reviews can be one-sided and exaggerated. I have worked in the restaurant industry in New Orleans and we have received awful reviews from customers that were straight up lies. What some might not know about Yelp is anyone can create an account and literally write whatever they feel. It should be noted that the business can do nothing about the review, even if things in the review aren't true. They can't have it removed nor can they voice their feelings on how the customer was. It should also be noted I read some bad reviews on this limo company and even so decided to use them for my friend's wedding transportation. I wish I had read yelp. Do not use this service and I use the term loosely. We, too, had Nico and it was unbelievably horrible. It was my father's funeral. He was a major general and his funeral was at Arlington Cemetery. I hired 2 new stretch limos for my grieving family. Nico arrived and demanded more money , even though I had a signed contract. I questioned him and he grew irate and said we were money hungry and now would only accept cash and he was going to leave. He then tried to start a fight with my husband. I started to cry, my whole family was waiting. Thank god the second limo wasn't from his company and the limo driver was watching the events in horror. Niko told him to leave, I told him it was my property and he didn't have to go anywhere. The other driiver called his company and they let him drive us, some of the party had to drive their cars. On the way, we found out that Niko had called that driver and threatened to block our car at Arlington Cemetery. Now we are getting harassing calls phone and we have had to call the police. Do not use this limo service, unless you want your event completely ruined. I cannot believe this company can still be in business, especially after reading all the other reviews. It must the fact that there are so many people coming in and out of DC. you would never use this "place " twice. read more

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Presidential Limo was a complete nightmare from start to finish. This was the single worst service I have ever been provided. This company is corrupt, dishonest, confrontational, belligerent, and unsafe. Their limo was crappy, the driver was ridiculous and dishonest, the owners were mean and nasty. Presidential Limo ruined my wife's birthday and stole hundreds of dollars from us and did not provide the services promised. I reserved a limousine for three hours on a Saturday night for my wife's birthday. Presidential called two days before our event to say the limo I had reserved with my credit card was no longer available and I would have to pay hundreds of dollars more for a larger more expensive limo if I wanted their service. The owner even started shouting at me saying his happens and it's not their fault. At this point there were no additional options so I took this ridiculous berating and agreed to pay more. The limousine was 40 minutes late, we didn't board until 8:40pm and the company did not even call me to tell me they were late. I had to call them after 8pm to find out what the problem was. I was told that the driver had gotten into a car accident on 395 and that he would be late and I should just wait on the corner of the street for them to arrive at some future unknown time. I had to ask the limo company to call me back and give me an estimated arrival time so my wife and her friends did not have to stand outside in the cold. They kept extending how late they would be from 8:20 to 8:30 then finally we boarded at 8:40. We were physically present in the limousine for only approximately 30 minutes, from 8:40pm until 9:10pm for a ride to our first destination. During this time the "upgraded audio system" and interior "strobe lights, laser lights" and the "TVs located throughout the vehicle" promised on their website were not working. My three engineer friends and the driver were not able to get the audio system working. The company called me to say that we were supposed to bring special audio cables to plug in our iPhone, despite the website not mentioning this and despite us trying two different iPhone USB jacks. There were no strobe or laser lights and the one tv would not turn on. During the 30 minute ride I discreetly expressed my disappointment directly to the driver that the limo was not only late but it had none of the services described. The driver proceeded to unsafely swerve off the side of the highway, slam the brakes, and shut the limo power off. He then ordered me out of the limo to yell and scream and swear at me in front of my shocked wife and guests. The driver was obviously completely unprofessional and in no way lived up the their name of "presidential." Wanting to salvage the main part of my wife's birthday I remained patient and tried to calm him down and work together to move forward. I asked him to please take us to our first destination safely and we would work in the audio system there. After stopping at our first destination the driver attempted to get the audio system working with no success. I later asked the driver to pull around and take us to our next destination. We waited patiently outside and he did not arrive. I called to ask him where he was and he lied saying he was there and proceeded again to yell and scream at me. I'm pretty sure I would have seen a 20 person stretch Hummer limo if it was on the street in front of me. Once the driver eventually pulled up he was enraged, screaming and swearing, saying we were not allowed back in his limo although he could not articulate why we were being kicked out. He started throwing our belongings onto the street. He was irrational, belligerent, agitated, unnecessarily emotional and confrontational. He was crazy, borderline violent. My crying wife and her friends were so disturbed and felt so unsafe that they asked the police to intervene and help us get all of our belongings out of the limo. The police asked if we wanted to press charges but I just wanted to be done with this disaster and try to salvage what was left of my wife's birthday evening. We quickly left and the police told the limo driver to stop blocking traffic and get out of the area. After being left stranded, we all then had to cab back home. Presidential Limo would not answer my phone calls when I called that night or the next day to try and find out what went wrong. No one explained to me exactly why they decided to ask us to leave that night or the next day. At all times, myself, my wife, and our guests were calm and patient, wanting it to be a fun night for my wife. There was absolutely no misconduct on our part. There was no damage to anything, no food, smoking, or bottled beer. We did absolutely nothing wrong. Presidential had already charged my credit card the full amount the day before, so I was unable to cancel this charge. read more

The limousine driver was arrogant and sexist. He screamed at a female passenger. He would not help any female passengers in or out of the limousine. He also dictated that only the male passenger could ask to change the temperature in the limo. A service organization that employs such an individual does not deserve your patronage. read more

Excellent customer service. Made celebrating our mother's 80th very special. A pink limo! So fun! Thank you Mandy for suggesting it and thanks to our driver Leroy for his good energy and taking such good pictures of us. Great memories we will have forever. read more

While the limo was on time, and the driver courteous, the white hummer limo had a long scratch down the side, and had a dirty exterior. I really wanted an upscale look and their car missed the mark. read more

Let me say up front that our driver Nico was very nice. I did my research- and they had good prices, and claimed to "all inclusive" in the price, which I thought was great- as I didn't want to worry about extra fees, gratuity etc. On the phone, the guy was very nice, explained the rules, they are very big on no eating in the car. I was okay with that. He said he would send the contract. As it just over a week out, I said I would pay for it all then, (as normally it is half up front, and the rest later). I said to go ahead and charge my card the full amount. I had to email them days later- to get the contract, as he never sent it....and he never did charge my card until the day of the event. oh the contract...he told me on the phone the overtime rates were $150 per/hr. over. I said okay, and we didn't plan to go over...but of course that is good to know right. when I got the contract it said $200 for overtime. I emailed him back- and he said...oh he meant to say....it was "$150 if you booked overtime in advance and $200 the day of"....uh, no, that isn't what he told me..and if Iwanted to book overtime in advance, I would have just booked the limo for a longer period of time...right!! so after some emails..so I finally just sign the contract- send it, and- b/c I knew we wouldn't go over...and I didnt want any issues with my reservations. then he writes back and says that overtime is $120 is you book in advance and $150 the day off"...I just confirmed with him that he got my signed contact...I did ask him if he was going to change my contract ....haha. all he did was write back and tell me that yes, he did get my contract. fine. I just wanted to have a good day, with girlfriends going to some wineries. when the limo arrived, Nico briefed on the rules, NO eating, Nothing on the seats, he even moved our tote bags off the seats! and at one point told a girl to move her foot off the metal bar that was along the bottom of the ice cooler in the car. uhm, okay. I mean we aren't kids, but okay. they want to keep the cars nice. at the last stop- the driver asked me if we wanted tosay longer? what? something about he knew about the overtime.....uhg, I dont know what he knew...but I wasn't going to go there- so I just very nicely told him- that no we wanted to leave by XX time as we wanted to back by our alotted time. and I'm most certain he drove as slow as he could to get home. maybe he was hoping to get stuck in traffic? b/c he didn't drive over 45. lol. but we still made it with 10 minutes to spare. the kicker is that when I got the invoice...they charged me $15 for tolls. so it really wasn't "all inclusive" as they told me. and he could have told me they were charging for tolls. OR he could have asked. OR he could have not taken the toll road. I wouldn't recommend them. and I'll never use them again. There had got to be better service out there.
