Jasmine milk tea is always my go to, so seeing jasmine jelly was super exciting. I also added pudding, which had a nice smooth texture. Offering oat milk as a substitute rather than the non-dairy creamer is a plus, too. Even though my partner (Vietnamese coffee + boba pearls) and I typically order our drinks 50% sweetness, we both probably would've preferred 75% this time, but the drinks and service overall were great. I enjoyed my drink because it's not as sweet. I made some adjustment: 30% sugar, less ice, no add ons. But despite of that, I think I could have made it 0% sugar. The flavor of white peach was barely visible, every sip I was searching for it only to get a hint of it towards the end of the sip. Customer service has been great the few times I've been there. They have been friendly, professional, and efficient with the orders. Their boba drink sizes are big which is nice and you can adjust your ice and sugar level to match your preferences. My only complaint is their milk tea drinks seem watered down or has less flavor compared to other boba shops as other Yelpers have pointed out but it still tastes good. I appreciate that the fruit teas have real fruit in them and don't taste too sweet or syrupy. The milk teas really taste like tea and not powdery/artificial. The clouds are nicely fruity and creamy. There were several self serve kiosks located around the inside. This is nice if you don't want to be social or if you have bad memory while ordering because they have multiple options. How sweet, what toppings, light ice, and notes for the person making it. You can also order at the front. The negative I'd say is that there's only one size option so if you have a kid or someone who doesn't drink much-- they should probably share with someone. Guarantee they won't finish it. The boba pearls in my opinion, is on the smaller size. These are mini pearls! It's nice that they have dairy free options as well and offer alternative milk too. Their sweetness level choices are interesting. 30% is the least amount and the highest is 120% sweetness. I ordered the Hojicha Milk Tea with pearls, light ice, 70% sweet. I would say this was more like 50% sweet but it was still tasty. It wasn't super warm which was surprising since I ordered light ice. The boba was cooked perfectly although it wasn't very sweetened (not brown sugar boba? Or super light). The slushees were ordered by my cousins who enjoyed them! Have found my new boba spot. I am a huge fan of Earl Gray and their Earl gray tea was fragrant and delicious. I ordered as a milk tea with boba that is 95% of the time what I order and it was delicious. The balance of the tea strength to the milk was perfect. It was strong but not bitter. Boba was perfect texture, chewy not mushy or hardened. Service was great, staff has been friendly every time I have gone and the ambiance of the place is very cute.
