every time i come here, i will call in advance to make an apt. i make an apt because i try to plan my day out. but even if i make an apt, i still have to wait..... for a long time!!!! this time, i arrived early to my apt but still waited 50 minutes. which is ridiculous!!!! i only like coming here bc my nails last long afterwards & dont pop off after 2 weeks, like what i get from Nursery nails. here, they will double book people. and that is really inconvenient for the customer. I love this nail salon. It's tucked in the cut like a hidden gem. Michael and his ladies are super patient and gives wonderful customer service. He will verify a few times if you are satisfied during your visit. The prices are reasonable as most salon in this area are over priced. read more

I love this place. It gives that 2000s nail salon vibe. Their customer service is simply amazing! Which will overcompensate for the atmosphere. They will verify if you really like your nails before you leave. They do get busy but they will try and make you feel welcomed. read more

Tried a new place tonight. As my old place had just gotten difficult to deal with. Made an appointment earlier today. I got Dip done for the first time. I got Lena. Explained to her what I wanted. She listened throughly and took her time. Not only did she take all my old acrylics off and started fresh with new dip, also took time to do each nail ombre dip intricately. Everyone there left and she still didnt rush me but took her time to do the job throughly and detailed. Everyone is friendly. Lena made conversation with me and got to know me. The place is not super fancy but clean and seemed like great staff and great work! In the end that matters more! Also she was up front with me about prices. I loved my gel fill in. I went looking for a better e salon because my regular salon is so inconsistent with quality and I had enough. This spot is about $10 more than I would normally pay for a gel fill and a pedicure but Lena (that is what the business card said at her chair) was extremely nice and patient and really took her time with my nails which is what I was searching for. Massage chairs with the pedi, so that's always a plus. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because my pedicure was nice but the white polish seemed very thin and did not look as polished as I've seen previously. read more

This is undoubtedly one of the best experiences I have ever had getting my nails done. They were busy when I got there but I still only waited 10-15 minutes. I went with a standard manicure and pedicure and they did the pedicure first so it could dry longer. The pedicure chairs were an incredibly comfortable, heated massage chairand the heated water jets were so relaxing. She did an amazing job scrubbing and pampering my feet with a grade A massage and lotioning. The manicure was also wonderful but with no forearm massage which I'm used to at other locations. I also appreciate she had me pay beforehand so I wouldn't mess up the polish. 4 stars because: - No forearm massage - Very limited color selection unless you want a shade of red - I already have several chips and all I've done since then is a load of laundry. I'll be lucky to get a solid week out of this color. - Price was $35 for it and I'd gladly pay that again read more

The owner is just awful. I had got my nails done by Lena in my first visit and she did amazing. When I went the second time this old man asked me what I wanted so I said Lena did it for me last time and I want the same exact thing and I was looking for her . He said I am the owner talk to me and assigned me to the other day on purpose. I was very pissed with him . I will never go this place again . Guys watch out for this owner . I was visiting from out of town and looking for a great nail salon to get a liquid gel manicure and a pedicure. I can't say enough positive about this salon. They are wonderful. The staff is professional and friendly, and the service excellent. No worries here about a clean facility. They go through great measures to make sure everything is sterilized before they use it. Just like another reviewer said, no frills. But very very friendly. The nail tec that did my pedicure took the time to let my feet soak, then took her time with my feet also. I've had a HORRIBLE experience today at nail tech the older gentleman that sits in the front was awful! I came in and he was watching tv on his phone and didn't greet me I asked to see a pricing menu he slid me a pan flit and looked at me as if I was bothering him I asked for a fill in the ombré nails he grunted and pointed to the chair and got up to start doing my nails he looked at the ombré and said he can't do that and got back up to sit back in chair to continue watching tv on his phone... I said "where are you going" he said "I can't do" and I told him well you didn't give me a chance to say what else I wanted so I explained to him I can just get a fill in but use a basic gel color. Mind you a gel fill in is $16 he start to do razor my nails down and I said what's the new price he said $50 and I said so now I have to pay $30 more because you can't do something he got up once again and said I was cheap and go somewhere else! I tried this nail salon the other day because Sunny Nails was busy and couldn't accept walk-ins at the moment. I was able to be waited on right away, which was great. The pedicure was done by a lady. She took her time, was nice and helpful helping me select a color I liked, and overall did a great job. HOWEVER, for some reason she had to help another walk-in client, thus a man (I'm assuming the owner) took over to do my gel manicure. His tecnique for applying the polish was not good or professional. He made several mistakes which he had to file down afterwards. He only applied 2 layers of the gel, and applied them unevenly. He also left halfway through for 10 minutes to do someone's eyebrows. Terrible. He seemed to want to try to make up for his poor service with bad jokes. ALSO, not 2 days after but my nails are already chipping- that should not happen with gel nails!!! I paid $56 for this terrible workmanship, PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did. read more
