My grandmother and I decided to pull our loan and take it to Danny's Team. Wow! I was impressed. The team returned phone calls the day I needed any information from them. They were fast, truthful and very courteous. What I love about Residential is that they have in-house processors, where as other major banks will have you dealing with automated 800 numbers. It is very hard to know what is going on with your loan on any given day when you are dealing with processors that sometimes take 48-72 hours just to return a simple phone call.
