Communication is not the greatest, and got a "I have more important files to worry about" when we could have closed Thursday or Friday, but ended up closing monday. Simple things like sending letters/checks that are important via USPS first class mail, when an important payment is needed in 2 days instead of 2 day or overnight, after sending to the wrong address the first time. I would advise looking elsewhere and if your a buyers agent press to not use them, especially in a buyers market as we are in.

She researched it and responded to me after we had already pulled out. Then, she helped expedite the return of our escrow check so that we could fund our next house that we immediately found. She was a pleasure to work with and was super patient with us after the countless homes that we did not like or were not in our budget. Jennifer stuck with us and kept a positive attitude. As she got to know us more and more, she tailored her searches and recommendations to what she felt we would truly want in a home. If she found something she truly didn't like in a place, she would let us know and on to the next place we'd go. She really watched out for our best interest. When we finally found a condo and started escrow, Jennifer gave us a calendar with dates she promised to hit. She told us if all stayed on schedule (which she promised it would), we'd have the keys by the end of the month. Honestly we did not believe we'd get through escrow in under 30 days but Jennifer made it happen. She sticks to her word and makes things happen. The home that we found had already been renovated but still needed some work. Like I mentioned before, Jennifer comes with the whole package and connections. With a great eye for design she made some recommendations and brought in her handy man, Larry, to do some work. Awesome guy who knows what he's doing. She has brought some calm and order along with a family vibe to the complex I feel because she understands us that have children and how important it is to live in peace and a decent apartment. Hoping all can remain as is if not better. It is refreshing and rare to have management make an effort to make sure and clarify when things need fixing or improved in our unit and follow up that all went well. Grounds are kept up, the little updates made to our unit help in the quality of living for my family and myself. I've had agents pitch me unrealistically high prices to try to get my business. But then the house gets weak responses and goes 'stale'. On the flip side if they price it too low, it encourages an excess of low bids. Philip's pricing was spot on. I could tell immediately from the response: several solid offers on the first weekend, with one 2.5% over the asking price. We took that offer and closed within 2 weeks. We pressed on with the painful process that started in November 2020 it's March 2021 now and we still don't have keys to our home. Escrow has been paid 30,000 and everything has been signed for. My payment is due April 1st. She won't answer my calls and will refuse to send me paperwork that I've requested. She said we would get keys today March 6th but apparently that has now been pushed back again. If you value honesty and integrity this place isn't it.
