I understand that this store is new, but it's been open long enough now. Normally, these types of stores start going down hill. This isn't the case with this location. Everyone is polite whenever I go there. They'll also make deals with you on pricing. I'm a natural negotiator so I'm always at least proposing a deal. . Again though it's crowded they need more space or to revamp the landscape of the store. That's my only complaint. I have a lady line coming out soon and I plan on making this store one of my distributing locations. It's all about the deals!

The people who work there are super nice, they are open decently late (9 or 10pm I think most nights), the place is very clean and they have an obscene amount of security cameras for those nervous about the area (I live not too far from here but this area is a little more shady than mine - during the day I have no worries, but it's not a good idea to be walking around alone at night; come with a friend and park close). They have hair stuff SO cheap, and it is pretty much the same stuff you would buy at a department store or at the mall but at a fraction of the price. They have "knockers" (the figure 8 ponytailers with a bead on either end) for $1 a pack - there are like 8 pairs on a pack, they don't stretch out quick and they have any color you could want, even leopard print, neons and metallics! I got a load of leopard earrings here for $1 a pair, in like ten colors. They just have a HUGE selection - beads (also very good for crafting - they even have wooden ones), barrettes, regular ponytailers, hair clips, pins, all types of rollers including those popular bendy ones, etc. They also, of course, have weave, discount sneakers, belts, etc, but I come for the accessories. They also sell a pretty decent generic brand of lipgloss and nailpolish that is very cheap, doesn't wreak like toxic waste and doesn't make me break out. I usually try to buy stuff either used or made in the US (or from another country with good labor laws) but frankly it's pretty hard to even find this kind of hair stuff not made overseas now that 99% of plastic stuff is made in Asia, so why pay more for it elsewhere?

Its founder gave this business a genuine mission: healthy products made with scientific basis from ingredients known for ages to work, that work beautifully, but with none of the modern chemical additives that make us sick. It always seemed to come and go in waves, sometimes my face would clear up and then a few days later it'd just explode with acne and puffiness. It was always chalked up to, y'know, puberty, chocolate, whatever. But where some people seemed to just "grow out of it" I only continued to struggle. I've tried god knows how many different products and brands to try and find a solution. Nothing really seemed to do me any good, so I'd go through phases of just not trying, getting hopeful again, getting disappointed. It was awful. My friend actually recommended me this place - she told me about how they'll actually swab your cheek to investigate the bacteria that grows on your face, give you a whole rundown of things you can do to get your skin back on track - and naturally I trusted her opinion, so I decided to give this place a try. When I visited the shop with her last week, they did just that - swabbed my cheek, and started asking me about my eating habits, blood type - literally all sorts of things that I had no idea could potentially be affecting my body in a way that causes my breakouts. I was tasked with doing a celery juice cleanse, and given a list of things I should try to avoid eating for a week in order to help my body to recover from some of the not so great things I've been putting in it. They actually gave me a good week's worth of different product samples (for free!), things they make in-house that I could try during my cleanse to see if they have a positive effect on my skin. Well, happy to say that one week later my skin has started to clear up a bit - I still have some breakouts, but my face isn't as puffy as it typically is, and my skin is sooooo much healthier after using these products. Like I said - Beauty Organix products are all made in-house. They also have a handful of other beauty product brands that are carefully selected and are only the best for your body. They have different face washes, deodorants, even makeup that's all picked with your overall body health in mind. Not only has coming here made a positive impact on my overall skin care routine and health, but it's impacted my eating habits and way of thinking as well! I love their BB cream makeup in the little glass pots. It is sheer coverage and has a really lovely natural slightly orangey smell. Anytime I need to get made up, I use this. They have other makeup products like blush, eye shadows, and mascaras. They also do lipbalms, perfumes, lotions, and various tonics and other beauty items. In addition to their organic beauty aids they also display various items of jewelry from local jewelers. They are mostly made of semiprecious stones and are very beautiful. I have two bracelets and a necklace that I wear often from here. The shop is quite small but there is a lot packed in here. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They also sell online and on Etsy I believe and if you follow them on Facebook they do little events quite often where you can try out some products and enter to win some as well. You can also request custom jewelry from their displaying artisans. The parking is ample behind the business but the door is on the right side of the building.
