A couple of times the employee told me they don't carry an item only for me to find it on my own, working here, I don't expect you to know every item but at least know that the store you work in, does carry a brand, especially when the customer has been buying it religiously for years. I contacted as I was told only to have my messages ignored by the "assistant" When I continued to try to schedule an appointment I have proof I was told to schedule, I was told it now was not possible while other people continued to receive the service. I attempted to contact the makeup beauty parlour directly and was talked down to and told it wasn't their problem and to contact her directly...well ya if I could get some sort of response I would. I have tried to schedule with 3 other places that won't go over this work. So I'm stuck I plan to further file complaints and look into my options. Sad customer service.
