Today I went there for my eyebrows I'm very disappointed with my experience. The staff member the lady rushed through my eyebrow service and it was extremely painful. I even told her that it hurt and asked her to be more gentle, but her response was rude and unprofessional. She said I should have made an appointment, even though I was previously told that appointments are not needed for eyebrow services. The overall attitude felt very mean and selfish, and I did not feel cared for as a customer. I am not satisfied with the service at all she should be ashamed of treating customers this way. read more

I picked this place based on the reviews on Groupon, but was honestly surprised how the rating in my opinion doesn't reflect the lack of cleanliness. I was not expecting a "spa experience," but I did expect the wax room & equipment to be clean / sanitary. They did place a foam sheet on top of the bed that is not on the photo attached. I did go through with the wax, against my better judgment because I was off for vacation the next day. Overall service was fine, quick and to the point. But to be honest I was scared to even place my purse on the chair & lay like Donald Duck on the foam sheet. It was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. read more

A nice place to go for a service without the "experience". There's no website, so you call to make an appointment or you could walk-in and see if she can room in-between. It is kind of amazing that she does a variety of services and it looks like she does them all by herself? She also does threading, henna, facial treatments, etc. Before our waxing appointment, she was just finishing up a haircut. The waxing is done in a small room in the back. For the Brazilian, it's the usual three poses and then it's done. She was super quick with the peels and not a lot of small talk. The wax was pretty hot but not to an unbearable point. After the waxing, there's no tweezer finishing or a layer of aftercare gels/lotions, just baby oil. Upon inspection, there wasn't much residual hair anyway. I think it might be from her doing swift wide wax strokes, but I was impressed. Usually I'm used to estheticians going over some parts a second time, but everything was done once. Overall, the service took five minutes if not less. There's no environment built to create a relaxing vibe, no gentle talk before going into the waxing (I did tell her that I've done a Brazilian wax before), and no significant aftercare. And for some that's not acceptable, but for me, it was pretty much all I needed. The quick service might even work on a lunch break as long as none of her other appointments go over. She was very respectful and you could tell she was an expert in stripping people clean. Bonus points for the nice Hindi music in the background. Parking is somewhat limited nearby due to reserved "pick-up" for some of the restaurants, but there was a back row that wasn't as full. read more

About a month ago, I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time here at Noor! I usually get them waxed but wanted to try something new. The person who threaded my eyebrows was so sweet. She and I made some small talk during my session, and I felt comfortable the entire time. You can definitely tell she's been threading for a long time because she was quick, efficient, and gentle. I think the threading only took 5 minutes max. In the end, I paid $7 for the session, which is a really great price! I've gotten so many compliments on my brows ever since getting them threaded. I came to get a Brazilian wax for the first time. Saw it off Groupon for $29. After it was done I wiped and I was bleeding. I looked in the mirror and I literally had 3 cuts near my vagina lips. One tiny one, one small one and one about an inch and a half. I was sooooo pissed and confused on how the lady would wax me but not say anything about ripping my skin!? She literally pulled my vagina lips apart. CRAZY! Has she been doing this to all vaginas thinking that's normal?? She did mention the people who found her on Groupon for the Brazilian wax never came back. Well, now I know why!! She was with a customer after I looked at my wax. I wanted to let her know but I was toooo embarrassed. Never again. I will now be more careful on how any lady waxes me. Btw. If this happened to you before, put aloe Vera. I came into Noor Salon today with my daughter. I was helped quickly. I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded. I was very nervous as I have never had them threaded before. She quickly assured me if it was too painful we could stop and wax in stead. Let me tell you ladies, this was the quickest BEST eyebrows job I have ever had!! Iam picky and usually only do them myself. Im so happy with my brows I cant wait to go back! Well it was a tiny painful but OH SO WORTH IT! Went the other day to get my eyebrows threaded and it looked like I never went. The lady did 2 passes on each eyebrow, cut some hairs, and called it good. There were obvious hairs that needed to be removed and in between my eyebrows never got touch. While I was there a lady that just got her eyebrows threaded came back in because she wasn't satisfied as well. Horrible. read more

This is by far the best eyebrow studio I have ever been to! Jas is incredibly sweet and she always listens to what I want. I'm very picky about my eyebrows and had even stopped getting them threaded because other places would take too much off but Jas made me a believer again! Don't go here. The lady did exactly what I asked her not to to my eyebrows. I payed and left without causing a scene because it was too late, and spent the last couple of months just looking forward to my brows growing back. She made my brows insanely thin and crooked. I swear I thought she wasn't sane. The two ladies doing the lashes were also talking about me and mimicking me really loudly too, probably because they thought I was an annoying customer as I was instructing the brow lady. Very surprising bc the place was empty and so you'd think they'd want the business.
