I went here for Botox/Dysport & told Therese that I did NOT need shots between my eyes, called the…read more11, & wanted an eyebrow lift only. I also told her that I did not want shots on the outside of the corner of my eyes as I've had that before and it made no difference. When she was giving me injections I mentioned this to her again & she said that she knew what she was doing & I didn't, quite rude! As she had already done one side she had to do the other side as well, again even tho I did not want shots there. When I was done I noticed a big red dot between my eyes so she did give me a shot there too. I also told her that I only ever had 40-60 units of Dysport and when we were done she said she gave me 32 units which would be right as I didn't need between the eyes or corners of eyes. When I went to pay the charge it was a shocking $450 when I've never paid more that $225. I was really upset with this so she called Therese up & she said that she gave me 99 units since Dysport takes more units. Well 99 units of Dysport was way more than normal or than I wanted. I've never heard of anyone getting so many units & at the very beginning she even told me that she would start slow with a lower amount & if I needed more I could come back. Again, before we started I told her I usually get 40-60 units of Dysport and where I did not want the injections. I was WAY, WAY overcharged & had a knot in the pit of my stomach. I couldn't afford that, $450 is ridiculous but had no choice but to pay. I should have just walked out without paying unless they were going to charge me the amount I was expecting to pay. And to top it all off I still have red marks all over my forehead & she bruised me cuz some of the marks are purple. Does she really know what she is doing??? I'm very pissed off at this place, will never go back & tell my friends to not go there either! A reputable & honest business would understand they messed up & didn't listen to me, the customer, & make an adjustment to the cost, period!!

Lip & chin I'm not as particular with who does those. But for brows grow-in and shaping, I get pretty particular & protective of. They're open 10-6pm all days and Closed on Sundays. Walk-in are welcome! if they're too busy to keep lobby area from over crowding, they will have you sign in with your cell phone number then call you when to come in from your vehicle. Her technique causes as little pain as possible, after all no wax is comfortable, and her attention to detail is why I keep coming back. I have also gotten many massages from her over the years, and I will forever swear by them; they are truly magical. I like to treat myself so I have gotten massages at many boutiques. When I first came to Bridget for a massage, I was satisfied in the beginning because all I wanted was relaxation, and hers were the most relaxing I had experienced (even before she added hot stone massages, which are my favorite, she had me hooked on hers over other people's hot stone. But now she offers the service as well and it's amazing!!). Since I started, I have been in a car accident that greatly hurt my back and am currently pregnant. I've been to multiple massage therapist that we're referrals from my doctor for the accident and no one helped (and a few hurt), Bridget has been the only person who can actually help me get any relief from the pain and so to this day, I view her as a true gift to this world (excuse the dramatics, but if you were in as much pain as I was, you'd be practically kissing her feet for any relief you could get too). As I said, I am pregnant and that along with my accident injuries has not been a walk in the park, but any chance I get to get into see Bridget for a massage is always such a great experience. Massages are a scary thing when you're pregnant and there's specific things that a massage therapist needs to know to protect the baby. Bridget massaged me my 2nd and 3rd trimesters and I trust her with my body and my baby fully, she's aware of the safe places and adjusted her pressure for my new sensitivity levels and I will forever be loyal to Bridget. Try her out and I assure you, you will be too. I don't put my name on much, but when I find someone/thing that works, I feel it is my responsibility to share. Sorry this got kind of long, but I just felt I needed to give a full picture of Bridget's capabilities since she has been there for me in a much greater way than you'd think a wax or a massage could be.

However at the time of my service with holly she only had about 3 reviews but I guess I shouldn't have mentioned I'd be leaving a review when asking for the refund. So now I feel inclined to leave my honest review. The salon was not the neatest and the room was messy. The equipment was pretty outdated and this service didn't come with a wash which I was fine with. This was the worst haircut and highlights I've ever had. I was super clear about what I wanted, I asked for only an inch off of the length, some face framing pieces that were chin length and then just a few highlights to lighten up my hair. I was going on a birthday trip that week and also had interviews coming up. I cried when i saw my hair that day. I had to book an appointment last minute with another stylist to hopefully fix what happened. She cut so much off in the front that it looked like a mullet or a bowl cut. The pieces in front were cut so short. This resulted in me having to cut my hair short to fix the choppy pieces. She only put a few highlights on the top and nothing in the back so I had to go over it with box dye and go back to my regular hair color. After I sent her an email with photos of my hair and explaining how I had to get it fixed, She did give me a refund for the Groupon and apologized which I appreciate. I believe she should have paid for me having to go and get it fixed. She was a nice person but I don't understand how a trim and some face framing could get messed up so badly. I truly wish she would have just told me she couldn't do it. I came in with long beautiful hair I'm so disappointed with how my hair looks now.
