Arriving and setting up the appointment was quick and simple. Hien is explains all of the steps along the way. Be prepared to explain what kind of eyebrows (arch/no arch/ "korean eyebrows"). I remember prior to covid, she had a basket of fidgets, massages, gum, candy, etc to make your experience more comfortable. There is a bathroom that has different things to meet your needs (wipes, pads, whatever!) So far I have gotten her Brazilians, eye brow wax, and lash tint and lift.
