The prices are very reasonable and it gets busy because its popular. Parking is both easy and convenient. The machines all seem to be in good working order. I appreciate the large capacity machines a lot. Only a few downsides. The building A/C is not big enough and it gets HOT inside during the summertime. The dryers don't get hot enough for long enough and so it takes a long long time to dry anything. The clientele is always fascinating to watch LOL. Think "People of Walmart".

But, I am ready to switch now. I recently had a dozen shirts cleaned here and most of them came back with substantial wrinkles. Also, the shirts didn't smell right to me. The facility in Oak Ridge is just a drop off location and has seen better days. They clean the clothes in Farragut (near the old Kroger). It isn't much nicer. Overall: I think Concord Cleaners isn't the best option anymore. It's a shame.

It was then that I learned that they had "lost" the trousers and shrunk the coat. When the business owner wouldn't call me to solve the issue, I went shopping for a comparable replacement suit. When I provided the owner with receipts (the coat fit fine but the trousers needed altered), he said he would settle with me at the end of the week. Now it's into the second week and he keeps putting me off. My next steps are to file a claim in small claims court and the Better Business Bureau and picket the store. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
