But, I am ready to switch now. I recently had a dozen shirts cleaned here and most of them came back with substantial wrinkles. Also, the shirts didn't smell right to me. The facility in Oak Ridge is just a drop off location and has seen better days. They clean the clothes in Farragut (near the old Kroger). It isn't much nicer. Overall: I think Concord Cleaners isn't the best option anymore. It's a shame.

I had to ask and even then, it was an estimate, not guarantee. I was given a time estimate of about a week, as they were being sent elsewhere to be dry cleaned. I was later notified that my order was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, they said only part of my order was completed but happened to find all behind the counter. They were well-packaged and looked great. It is the service that could stand a bit of a pick-me-up. I do like that there is a drive-thru option!

It was then that I learned that they had "lost" the trousers and shrunk the coat. When the business owner wouldn't call me to solve the issue, I went shopping for a comparable replacement suit. When I provided the owner with receipts (the coat fit fine but the trousers needed altered), he said he would settle with me at the end of the week. Now it's into the second week and he keeps putting me off. My next steps are to file a claim in small claims court and the Better Business Bureau and picket the store. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
