Dropped of four of my husband's Ralph Lauren Polo dress shirts. I didn't check the shirts before I left. A couple days later when my husband went to wear one of his shirts, two of them had black streaks down the sleeve. I went back to see if they could get the stain out, the girl there just sprayed Shout stain remover on the sleeves. I knew that wouldn't work. Stains were still there when I picked up the shirts. I got nowhere this time as two teenagers were running the place. Will not be going back. read more

Prestige is a freakishly convenient cleaners right down the street from my home. I've probably made five or six visits there since moving to the Houston area two years ago, starting off with two dress shirts that would total up to about $4. Further in my career, I now come there with suits--one wool and the other faux-velvet--and pocket squares, heavy starch; everything is always perfectly creased and neatly pressed. My most recent visit today came out to $14 for both suits and both shirts. The best cleaners I've ever been to. My daughter is to stand in a 15 on Saturday and come to find out her zipper would not zip up on the back. I got to the cleaners on Wednesday morning and by Wednesday afternoon they had altered her dress. Yup that was fast...The seamstress created a corset in the back of her dress since that's where the zipper wouldn't go up and it was perfect fit after. Dropped off a pair of pants a couple months ago before pandemic happened to get it stitched in 3 locations. When I went to pick up originally they only stitched one side. Left it to get the rest stitched. Came back a couple weeks later and was still missing a part to be sewn. Now it's been about 2 months and it's still not ready and the reason is the COVID virus. I understand it's a real pandemic, but if it would've been done correctly the first time, I would've had my pants back in a timely manner. read more

I have been taking my clothes here for 6 mnths. I spend around $90.00 to $100.00 a month. So I'm a regular customer. Last week I took 21 shirts in on Thursday and went to pick up on Friday and got only 10 shirts back. She told me to come back Saturday and still had 11 shirts missing. Called Monday and was told my clothes along with 5 other customers had there clothes stolen. They send their clothes out to be cleaned and clothes were stolen out of driver's van. So be careful where you take your clothes. Now I use a service that cleans my clothes on site. read more

Located less than 5 minutes from my house and how lucky am I?! Recommend Prestige to anybody in the area needing and dry cleaning/alteration needs. I drop and pick up at least twice a week, usually I'll get back the next day, if not the following day. I also have had some buttons replaced on a couple shirts and that went great as well, same time frame for the repair and dry clean! Even thru this pandemic they have continued to deliver A1 service.
