There were 3 men who "detailed" my truck. The wash was just a water rinse. I did not see any soap or scrubbing. Moving forward to the polish & wax.. my truck came out looking the same as it was when I had brought it in but just with polishing on some of the exterior vinyl. When Cam told me my vehicle was ready, I did the walk around and had to tell them to go over so many areas. Water marks were everywhere and the polishing and dressing were done poorly. The men did address the areas I wanted them to do, but I shouldn't have had to look at all of those details. YOU guys are the detailing company. The 30 minute wash & wax was just way too quick and lacked quality. Then you guys kept trying to upsell me to do a ceramic paint job is just a tacky move. If you guys put in better effort with the polish & wax I would've 100% have returned for a paint job. But after seeing this work, I would need to pass. I'm not angry, more so disappointed. Spending this much money is a lot just to get what appeared to be a glorified car wash. Wish y'all the best.
