My family and I were traveling from Houston to New Mexico, to visit family for the Fourth of July…read moreweekend and attend a family funeral. It was already an emotional trip, when midway through our travels, we unexpectedly heard a pop in the engine, the vehicle started running hot, and we ended up stranded on the side of the road in 103° heat with no family or friends anywhere nearby. I called the local U-Haul location while trying to figure out what to do, and they referred me to Hills Motors Towing. That is when I met Jeremy, the owner/operator. I can honestly say I have never met a more family-oriented, customer-service-focused business owner. Jeremy agreed to pick us up and tow us, and he arrived within under 30 minutes. Once he looked at the vehicle, he was able to quickly identify the likely issue. Even more impressive, he had the knowledge, experience, and parts inventory available to get us taken care of right there. Within about two hours, he had my family and me fixed up and back on the road. The pricing was more than fair, so much so that I felt compelled to leave a tip. I cannot thank Jeremy and the team at Hills Motors Towing enough for what they did for my family when we were complete strangers in a difficult situation. Words truly cannot express our gratitude. I highly recommend them to anyone needing towing or auto service in the Childress area.

Within about 45 minutes, Billy's had a flat bed tow truck on the scene and picked up my car. The driver was professional and nice to my family. We were stranded road side and needed a tow into town to the nearest & available auto repair garage. Billy's tow service was just Outstanding. Their dispatcher (Debbie) was friendly on the phone and helpful with providing other local advice such as nearest repair garage, hotel and airport info.
