Devin reviewed our order with the supplier to insure everything was correct. He found an error on our part and notified us in time to make the correction without impacting the project start date. * Confirmed with us when materials were received and delivered them to us on the same day. * Confirm project start date Friday before to insure we were still good to go for the next week. *Confirmed day before to set time of arrival the next morning. *Showed up on time each day of the project. Cleaned up every day and left the house and garage in the state it was in before they used the space. *Completed the project in the time promised at the price promised. His only response to use was "find another contractor" Nothing was salvageable and it cost us an additional 81% of our downpayment to fix his mistakes and poor quality of work. Rosa communicated awesome with several e-mails as we had to do a lot of it when we were out of town. The end look is perfect.
