I am about a 20 year patient with Prestige, maybe more. Last year in 2024, I had a normal sick visit, pre paid my co-pay, which is what happens every time I go there, and was seen by a doctor. Time goes on and I receive a letter that I owe them an additional $25.00 which was incorrect. I was advised to call insurance. I did, and insurance advised me that Prestige has to deal with it. I pass that information to Prestige and nothing progressed from there. Today, I was sick and went to Prestige, Jasper location. They tell me I have a charge on my account and refuse to see me unless I pay it. I explained the situation. They didn't care, demanded $25 or no service. They could see where I had called in to try to correct the problem to them but blamed me that it was unresolved and refused service unless I gave them more money for a coding error they made. I asked to speak with someone. This person showed zero compassion that I was sick, told me the bill is going to collections, and that it was my problem to fix. I left sick with a bill going to collections when I did absolutely nothing wrong and have never not paid a co payment in full prior to every visit. read more

i had been a patient for many years. Lots of changes have occurred in the last few years. The practice seems to be too overwhelmed to give patients adequat care like they once did. They have several providers but most are not doctors. One visit I waited "hours" past my appointment time to see the provider to get my lab results.. They never bothered to call and inform me that there was going to be a delay. I sat and waited and was made to feel like my time didn't matter. I have been prescribed medications that I am allergic to at least twice. One provider sent the wrong medication to the pharmacy 3x and each time it was wrong. Three times we paid for the wrong medication. I had been taking it for years, and I feel there was no excuse for the screw ups! The owner of the practice, a doctor, prescribed medication for me that should never been prescribed for a Type 1 Diabetic. The insert from the pharmaceutical company, plainly states for Type 2 diabetic patients. The office staff are very rude and unprofessional. They do not relay messages in a timely manner. They talk over you instead of listening when you have a problem. Recently, one of the office staff even insulted me without cause, instead of being helpful. I had a medical condition that has been overlooked for years, and the one provider that cared left 3 or 4 years ago. She was the best doctor in the place. She cared and that's more than I can say about most of them. Their mistakes have been too many. Their mistakes have put my health and life in jeopard! They use computers to document your visits and health, but still don't read your chart to see your allergies & health issues before prescribing. when I finally stood up for myself about a staff member, it was never addressed. Instead they sent a letter telling me they would no longer provide services to me. Which was fine because, I had already fired them as my health care providers, and had already found a new doctor. The doctor who owns the practice cares more about the mighty dollar, his fancy cars, lavish vacations, and opening up more locations and extending the services they offer, instead of taking care of their patients that have been with them for 20+ years. read more

Simple annual physical was $1200+ because they sent our labs to an out - of network lab with no mention or request. Called and tried and ask them about it and they said i signed my blood work so i am liable. Same thing to my wife, over $3K in bills and have been trying to dispute with the office / insurance and no luck! read more

Received a $300 bill for a physical FOLLOW UP appointment... yes, that charge is on top of the physical itself. I was wondering why there were so few patients when I went & now I know why. You can't do good business when you're scamming your patients. read more

Unfortunately, there is not much to say that is very positive here. The lab workers are kind and polite, and the nurses and PA's are great. Dr. Swart is an asset to the team of otherwise lackluster physicians. My wife actually saw one of the others Google the answer to a question she had about how two medicines would react if taken together. The last few times I went to see a doctor here, he never so much as listened to my chest. He just listened to much symptoms and wrote a prescription. I expect much more thorough service from someone I am paying over one hundred dollars to see. The wait times are horrible. Plan on sitting in the main waiting room for about an hour even if you have an appointment. Once I went to the Saturday clinic, signed in and after waiting an hour and twenty minutes learned that someone had removed my name from the sign in sheet and lost it, so they had no idea I was in the building! This was the last straw before I switched general practitioners. read more

Just to let anyone know who may be considering using their services. Two and a half months ago, my wife had blood test done before we had to leave the state on family business. She received a call while we where in Florida that her results are in and to come into the Jasper office because her test was abnormal. This was in April. We explained that we were not in Georgia and if her doctor (Swartz) could call or send the results with an explanation of abnormal blood test, we could follow up on it in Florida. After trying to resolve this with numerous letters, here the end of June, we still don't know how serious the test results are. In follow up, a certified letter was received today, not with the results but stating they don't want us as clients anymore. The service is anything but Prestigious. It's a money mill consuming your health care dollars and your wellbeing is secondary. read more

Dr. Anil Yadav is a competent and caring practitioner. I would definitely recommend him. I have been a patient of his for over five years. His staff, on the other hand, can be very difficult to work with. Questions referred to the nurse line will take a minimum of 72 hours. I called, recently, with a question and did not hear back until two weeks later. I called at least three times. The question pertained to an otc that he had recommended at my last visit. I simply couldn't recall the name. This week, I realized that I was out of my medication, so I called the pharmacy. They told me that they had already sent an electronic request to the doctor. When I didn't hear back, I called them again and they still hadn't heard from the doctor. I called the doctor and they took a message. This is day three and I've made multiple calls to the Jasper and Holly Springs office. I am told that the message is in the doctor's "box" and they have no control as to when it will be taken care of. It is "day three" and the Jasper office just told me that they no longer accept electronic requests from pharmacies. I was not told this days ago. I was also told that there was "stuff posted" in the office warning patients to call if they needed medication. I was there several weeks ago, for a PE and did not see this "stuff". WARNING: Do not have your pharmacy request medication for you, handle it yourself or it will take days to resolve. Be sure to read all of the "stuff posted" at their office. Do not count on the doctor or staff to bring up the need for refills at your appointment (had an appointment three weeks prior to running out of medicine and neither one of us brought it up). You need to mention it. read more

The medical spa is a joke. My sister's and my father and I always buy my mom gift certificates for every holiday and in between just because my mom loves them and they help her. But the service desk was rude to her and made her pay for her message because they lost her certificate and said that there price went up after they gave her a massage. Just very rude and accusatory like my mom was trying to pull a fast one. Will NEVER go back. read more

My first there after my old GP retired. Dr. Yadav knew many of my other doctors and they recommended coming to him. His staff is warm and friendly and they act in a manner that lets you know they really care. I had to have a basic prescription called in and it was handled perfectly. There is a reason this practice has poor reviews. Try somewhere else. They were unprofessional and unethical when I needed them. They let me down and couldn't have cared less. They are hard to work with - having a simple screening is a nightmare of a process at best - and they require additional services patients do not want, apparently in order to bill more. i.e., if you want a COVID test, you must have/pay for an exam as well. They require online signup and require paperwork prior to the appointment. In my case, they did not mention that they needed any upfront online paperwork, although I spoke with them multiple times, until after the time for the virtual appointment had come & gone. Their technology was not working properly to start with, nor could they reset it, the clock was ticking, and they not only refused to honor the appointment, but, rather than put the effort in to resolving the technological issue, they declined to reschedule. It was very important and time sensitive to me, which I expressed repeatedly, but they let me down hard and couldn't have cared less. I wish I would have gone elsewhere and certainly will going forward. read more

Do not recommend this slick looking office. I had been a patient for some time, always had appointment. Then this year Dr. Swart ordered blood test knowing I would be out of town--for months--by the time results come in. I was promised a phone call giving me results. I received call from office informing that ithere was an abnormality. To find out what it was, I had to make appointmintent and come into office. That was impossible as I could not affort booking a flight across the country just to find out. I begged multiple times for doctor to speak with me. However, my requests were denied. I went to Urgent Care places where I was so they would get the info for me, but they had a hard time believing that doctor would not speak with me and refused saying I had a right to my records. Later, back again and at a different doctors office records were requested--still waiting--,blood was retested, all was good, no medication, no restrictions. read more

Save yourself some hassle and avoid this clinics extremely high fees. It didn't use to be this way, but now there fees have gotten so high and the want to charge $175 for a 5 min. visit just to review your lab work or even just to renew a prescription. They may be listed as a "Health care provider". But my opinion is there now just a money machine. read more
