I have been very pleased with Dr. Livitz as my PCP. I find her to be very knowledgeable and not quick to medicate. However, I work 5 days a week, 8-5. I am a Registered Nurse at a facility that is difficult to take time off due to being in a transitional phase. I scheduled a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Livitz. I wait an hour, called the office to confirm I had the write day and time, I did! Dr.Livitz never showed up! I should charge her for that visit since it pulled me away from work. I let it go because she sent me an apology and said she would call that evening. She never called. This never happened before. I made my yearly physical appointment. Last week I left work early to get to this appointment. My Supervisor covered my patients so that I could see her. I showed up 15 minutes early as requested. My appointment was at 2:30, I was pulled into a room at 3:00. I let the Nurse know I had to go back to work. She stated Dr.Livitz was worth the wait. I waited and waited. 3:35 and still no sign of the Dr. My time is just as valuable as Dr. Livitz. Another day pulled away from work with no visit with the Dr. Now, I am not going to tell you to go elsewhere because I have been pleased with my care. I have family who are pleased with their choice of physicians. Dr.Livitz is a great physician but, it is rude to not show up for your appointments or have someone notify the patient that you are behind schedule. If you have nothing better to do with your time, go see her. Otherwise, choose another physician. My family loves Dr. Bruni and Dr. Morris. I now have to find another physician. I am sad about this because I have not been feeling well and would have liked to discuss this. I hope this review is helpful.

From the very beginning, Dr. Adodo stepped in with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. He went above and beyond to ensure my mom received the best possible care. What truly stood out was his advocacy for her. After she had a less-than-positive experience with the on-call surgeon, Dr. Adodo listened to her concerns and took them seriously. He worked diligently to arrange for a different surgeon (someone she felt comfortable with) and made sure she was confident and at ease before moving forward. That surgeon ended up being absolutely amazing, and we are so grateful. Dr. Adodo's dedication, communication, and willingness to advocate for his patient made all the difference during a very stressful time. He treated my mom with respect, kindness, and attentiveness every step of the way. We are incredibly thankful for him and his entire team.

Every member of the staff I encountered treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. My room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The Environmental Services staff did an outstanding job keeping everything spotless. On the first morning of my stay, my wife immediately commented on how clean the room looked--something she had never said during any previous hospital stay. The staff thoroughly cleaned and dusted the room, mopped the floor, and even changed the trash bag even though it was barely full. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I also noticed a small device under the sink that I later learned was a Synexis air purification system. It operates so quietly that I never heard it, but I was impressed to learn that it continuously helps improve air and surface quality by generating a safe form of hydrogen peroxide. It was reassuring to see Northside Hospital Cherokee investing in technology that helps protect patients from the spread of germs. The food service exceeded my expectations. There was a wide variety of menu choices, the meals arrived on schedule, the portions were generous, the food was served at the proper temperature, and every meal was exactly what I ordered. Hospital food often gets a bad reputation, but that certainly wasn't my experience here. My discharge process was one of the smoothest I've ever experienced. Nurse Brenda made sure my wife and I had everything packed so nothing was left behind. She asked my wife to bring the car around to the entrance, and within just a couple of minutes I was on my way home. The entire process was efficient, organized, and stress-free. The highlight of my stay, however, was the nursing staff. Their compassion, professionalism, and positive attitudes made all the difference. Brenda and Elizabeth cared for me during the day, while Nancy and another night-shift nurse--whose name I unfortunately cannot remember--provided excellent care overnight. Every one of them treated me with respect and kindness, and they always seemed to have a smile on their face. They should be highly commended for their dedication to their patients. If I ever need hospital care again and have a choice, Northside Hospital Cherokee will be my first choice without hesitation. Thank you to everyone who made my stay such a positive experience. Your hard work and commitment to patient care are truly appreciated. Irvin F

Never hooked up the ekg machine when we got into a room. Placed an IV to take blood and didn't remove it till we left. Why even place an IV just to take blood? Why do you need to put an iv in if you're not going to use it for anything. Put my daughter thru more pain just bc you didn't want to use a needle to draw blood? Left being told it's anxiety as always! They are so quick to just blame everything on mental health and not actually research what is wrong. She still has short breath and a tight chest. I'll be billed at least a thousand dollars for this type of care. Be better and do better for your patients.

My 16 year old daughter has been very sick for 16 months and regular doctors are baffled with her near 30 symptoms. I researched places for detox and health restoration and there is NO place in the U.S. with as many varied modalities as Eden Pointe, right here in Georgia, that I could find! We worked with Sharyn, the director and she designed our live-in program to meet our needs. First, I must say that the staff has treated us with not only great skill, knowledge and professionalism but true love and compassion. The genuine concern for my daughter's full recovery was profoundly felt in every interaction. They will be our resource for continuing information long after we leave. Some of the treatments included the Electro Lymph Drainage System, Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Colonic Hydro Therapy, Far Infrared Sauna, Transdermal Ozone Sauna, Bemer micro circulation therapy, Ozonated hot tub, Live Oxygen exercise equipment and HyperVibe exercise machine. We had several massages by a 30 year experienced wonderful therapist. We had organic juices and smoothies, ozone water and live, ultra gourmet delicious food! The facility is very clean and in a beautifully designed environment that put us immediately at ease. The walls are full of the many certifications for all the equipment completed by the staff and the owner, Dr. Gary, who is an MD and a PhD in Naturopathy. There is no downside to Eden Pointe Lifestyle Center except we live in CA and they are in GA! We hope to come back someday. What a blessing to people who live nearby! Thank you Eden Pointe! You have succeeded in many ways, by God's grace, where so many doctors and treatments have failed or had no effect. And in such a short time! You made us feel like beloved family in your home.
