My first visit here was wonderful. But turned into a nightmare. I was prescribed an anti[[HIGHLIGHT]]biotic. I ended up being allergic to it and this is no[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] fault to the Dr. When I called to inform them that my whole body is covered in hives and welts on Wednesday July 15th. I was automatically transferred to a voicemail, was told to leave a message and someone would get right back to me. I beg for someone to please call me as I didn't know if I should go to urgent care or call my primary Dr. I was getting worse as I waited and finally call my primary Dr Asif and was told to come right in. She had to give me a prednisone injection immediately. I had to go back to her the next day because my skin was still itching , hives and welts . She has me on an oral prednisone for the next 5 days and I seem to be doing better. Dr Lamia Gabal or any of her staff have not reached out to me and it's Friday July 17th. I did get a text from the nurse saying she proscribed a new antibiotic for me . This without even checking on how I'm feeling. Definitely will not be going back there. These people sent me home with erroneous directions on how to take their "meds." Their paperwork said to take 6 mg when it should have been .06 mL! Their product (tesamorelin) was mixed with Ipamorelin, which I don't mind, but that was not stated anywhere in their intake paperwork, website, receipt or mentioned at all during my visit. Dr. Gabal didn't help me not once after my surgery on Sept 23, 2025. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I ended up in the ER 3 times because she would NOT answer my please for help when I had a catheter bag full of blood, and again when I couldn't urinate.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My only help was the ER. This woman should be stripped of her credentials as she's not a decent doctor. I see that someone who reviewed this practice felt she didn't handle their questions in the way they would have liked, but my time at her office has been absolutely fantastic. A doctor is often rushed (and sometimes curt) because they have dozens of patients to see each day, so I'm more than willing to talk fast and take quick mental notes as that's how the biz works now. And right now I owe the complete resolution of what I thought would be a lifelong uncomfortable and painful issue to this AMAZING doctor. I have followed her advice and treatment plan to the letter and I can't believe how I get to feel now. So if you are looking to have long conversations and feel truly heard, this may not be the fit for you. Dr. Trofimenko is the best urologist ever. She takes the time to listen to your issues and develops a plan of action with you. It took me 3 urologists to find her and I am beyond grateful that I did. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a urologist. I suffered with urgency, frequency and would even pee blood from extreme inflammation. I tried every treatment possible. Including: pills, bladder installations (catheter in the bladder), and bladder PT. Nothing helped and my bladder continued to inflame. After discussing my history and prior treatments, she was able to instantly diagnose me. She said I suffered nerve damage from my bladder to my brain 9 years ago when I delivered my daughter. That is why I always have to pee even though my bladder isn't full. She confirmed her diagnosis with some tests. She then discussed 2 treatment options to try. The botox didn't work for me which she let me know ahead of time it may not. I then tried the Bladder Pacemaker trial. I can't tell you what a game changer the Pacemaker was for me.  It worked so well, we moved forward with the internal Pacemaker and I couldn't be happier. I went from going to the bathroom 20+ times a day to less than 10x a day. In less than a year I am cured and can finally enjoy my life!! She is complete magic!!! read more

I have never been treated with such a lack of care and compassion, than with Dr Trofimenko. I have just left my appointment in tears because of her treatment and I feel it's important to speak up. I came very prepared for my appointment with notes and a timeline of symptoms, after dealing with a painful recurring issue for years. She performed a pelvic exam that was very rushed, then asked me a few questions about my lifestyle habits. Then she said "let's cut to the chase". She gave me her recommendation, and naturally I had lots of questions. I'd been down this road before, and didn't want to miss anything. She answered my questions curtly, yes or no answers, while multitasking on her laptop. At one point I asked what the medication was that she wanted to give me and she said "I don't have time to explain it, you can look it up because you seem like someone who likes to research". That shut me up, that's for sure. Its disgraceful to think it's ok to treat patients this way. Especially ones with chronic pain. Please understand, people are not numbers. I waited 45 minutes after my appt to see her, and felt like I was wasting her time. I will gladly go somewhere else. read more

Did you notice the urologist part at the end of their description besides being a spa ? Well i didnt know that I,I thought this was only a medical office of a urologist , I was referred to the female urologist Dr T by her name , not as Prestige Group , for some abnormal lab result . When I called to make an appointment , I was told to wait 72 hrs when someone will call me back to give me an appointment . 72 hours later , nobody calld me back so when i called back , they said they will make sure scheduling desk will expedite my request and someone will call me to give me a new patient appointment . 8 days after I got Dr T s phone number , no one has called me back to give me a simple consultation appointment with the urologist ! I guess since I was not a cash patient doing whatever they do at this place and I have a legitimate medical reason to see a urologist, I m not their top priority , and sure enough , I had to ask my GP to get me a new referral to see a real medical doctor, urologist who took an oath to take care of sick people . You practice medicicne however you want but please take your names off of other real medical practices so you dont waste people s time! If my lab indicated something cancerous that you did not see me for in a timely matter you will hear from me ! I also understand that since I was an HMO patient you were obligated to make me an appointment within a reasonable time , so i will also report this to the medical group about your callous manner of running this practice . So conclusion : go here for spa or laser treatment or whatever the urologist does here for you , but if you have a need for real medical issues RUN to another doctor . read more
