Lin knows how to shape my toenails just how I love them. If you prefer a gentle massage she's your gal. Cash only Parking is limited but next building over has parking. Not the Chinese food place. My friends and I come here a lot to get our nails done. Unfortunately this last experience here was not a good one. While the price is affordable, I will not come back due to sanitary issues & incorrect methods they use. We made appts for 12 pm and my nails were not started until 12:45 pm. My nail tech (Michelle) was very nice and she does nails well, however, she used the nail grinder tool to clean my cuticles. My cuticles HURT for hours after my nails were done and weeks after the appt, I still have cut up cuticles and scabbing from the blood (pictures attached). I wish I had known in the moment that this method is not okay; it should have been a cuticle cutter. Once I got to my car and quickly googled that I found: Grinders are made for shaping hard artificial or natural nail surfaces, not living skin. Using a high-speed rotating bit on the delicate cuticle and the nail bed can easily cause painful skin tears, deep friction burns, and severe infections. These aren't correct practices used by this salon; they are taking the easy route to get it done quickly. Would not recommend. I would give them 1 star but Yelp removes those reviews easily so that's why I'm putting 2-stars. read more

Skilled technicians, friendly staff, and great prices--honestly, that's all you really need to know. This is an excellent nail spa. If I had to mention a couple of downsides, the first would be the parking. The parking lot is fairly small, so during busy hours you may have to park a little farther away. (I've been lucky enough to find a spot every time I've visited, though!) The second is that walk-ins can be difficult if you don't make an appointment in advance. Mondays through Wednesdays are usually fine, but once the weekend gets closer, it's hard to get in without a reservation. That's probably the only thing I wish were different. The salon itself isn't very large, but everything else more than makes up for it. The technicians are talented, everyone is welcoming, and the service is consistently excellent. One thing I really enjoy is the atmosphere. Even though we're all strangers, there's something fun about sitting side by side, chatting or relaxing, while everyone leaves feeling a little more beautiful. The ladies here are so nice and all their work is good. I don't have a set nail tech yet, and every time I come, I get a different tech and it doesn't disappoint. For reference, I normally get gel builder on my manicure, basic colors, no design & it is about $45 and for pedicure gel, basic color, no design, and it is about $23. Went here for my birthday nails and I genuinely regret it. I asked for a simple French gel manicure and pedicure, and it was immediately clear neither technician knew how to properly do French tips. The lines are uneven, different thickness on every nail, and not symmetrical at all (you can literally see it in the photo). The shapes don't match and the overall finish looks sloppy. On top of that, my cuticles were overworked and left irritated from how aggressively my nails were handled. Instead of fixing things professionally, both technicians got visibly annoyed when I politely asked for corrections. They were speaking in another language while looking at me and laughing, which was extremely uncomfortable. The nail tech doing my hands was huffing, slamming tools, and giving attitude the entire time. I was made to feel like a problem for wanting my nails done correctly. I spent 2 hours there and paid $106 (cash only, which should've been a red flag). Even though I was unhappy, I still tipped both technicians, and one of them had the audacity to complain that I gave $9 instead of $10. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and honestly upset especially since this was for my birthday. My nails look uneven, poorly done, and nothing like what I asked for. If this is their idea of a French tip, save your money and go literally anywhere else. read more

I had a regular gel mani with Mary and Deluxe gel pedicure with Lin. Pedicure with Lin was perfection 5/5. Zero pain, great job on callus removal and cuticle care. Polish was great super even and not too thick. I also didn't initially like my colors so I asked her to swap out and she was very accommodating and pleasant. based on this alone I would highly recommend. $44 for a Deluxe gel mani with cuticle care in the spa chair is a steal. The gel mani was good but I noticed the heat lamp burned so I mentioned it and she just kinda said there's no lower heat setting and made it seem normal to burn/didn't offer to change the lamp? But the lamp the other tech used for my pedicure didn't burn at all. Also a couple of slightly messy areas on my nails so I asked her (nicely) to fix it and she didnt look very happy about it. Mary did a great job with the polish application itself. Facility itself however, for example their spa chairs are really old and outdated I started using the massager and it was not nice. Usually I do the upgraded Pedi just so I can enjoy the massage too. The inside of the facility is also very tight/small. Everything just had an older dusty vibe but for the prices I think if you regularly get nail services and want something affordable and good this is no nonsense and gets the job done. I do agree $30 for a gel mani that includes cuticle care is some great pricing! They are cash only and they do not even have an ATM inside or the scan codes for their Venmo. Other reviews mentioned difficulty parking and they were 100% correct. They have four dedicated spots in a small lot shared with super cuts and a massage place. There are signs posted that you can't park next door in the Chinese restaurant lot because you will get towed. Overall for me the convenience factor-parking was the main reason I would deduct one star as well as the fact it's cash only but they don't have an on site ATM. Also although it's much cheaper if you are feeling like getting pampered this doesn't feel like that. Although the prices as I mentioned here are great, less than 90 for gel mani, gel deluxe pedi with tip the hassle of parking there I am not sure if it's worth it. read more

I politely declined several times, but the upselling continued. What was even more disappointing was the employees talking about me to one another because I wasn't agreeing to the extras they were suggesting. No customer should feel judged or made uncomfortable for simply saying "no."
