Dustin came out to do a site visit in early April. He was prompt and professional providing a quote for the 3 listed projects the next day. Dustin clearly communicates, keeping me informed of the DEP permitting process and start date of projects. In 4 days time a beautiful new paver walkway was placed with 16 granite steps. 80 feet of shoreline rip rap placed, and 2000sq ft of sod. Our homeowners' association hired Breezy Acres to provide grounds maintenance: mow, trim, and plow Our previous person had to be called often to mow and plow, and the job was sometimes not performed very well. Herb has never had to be called. He keeps his eye on the property and is there when he needs to be. Our grounds look great under his care. I cannot recommend anyone with higher praise than Herb Norman and Breezy Acres.

Two weeks later I got a call asking for the rest of the payment and said he forgot about finishing the job he showed up later that day trying to get me to pay him more cash and made a nasty remark to my wife who answered the door commenting on her breasts. He reeked of alcohol and was slurring his words, I hope this helps anyone else who's looking into this company not only does he have terrible worth ethic but a bad attitude on top of it I don't know how he even has a landscaping company because I've never seen such horrible work.
