The company appears to care less about your experience OR replying to your concerns after the fact. I sent them an email after our event and they haven't even responded. Our first pick-up was scheduled for 2:15 pm and at 2:30 pm we received a call that the bus had some issues. We were told another bus would arrive at 3:15, 45 minutes later. It wasn't until 4:15 pm that the bus actually arrived at the first stop. That is 2 hours late. We were late for the concert and the driver seemed more upset that I was upset. No apology or concern. Then we are told by the driver that he couldn't pull up to our destination and we had to walk several blocks to our venue (Petco Park). We order party buses all the time for concerts and every single time we are taken to Petco directly. Why wouldn't this company advise of this PRIOR to booking so we knew in advance? If my destination is "confirmed" and set, I expect to actually be driven to that location. This was ridiculous! The bus smelled like Tijuana piss. People were gagging and wanting to throw up. If they didn't have time to empty the tank, it would be in the companies best interest to have something on hand to sanitize the toilet. We got the bus with a toilet for a reason and no one could use it because it smelled so bad. We had the same experience on the way home as well. The bus parked several blocks away and smelled like piss. It is unfortunate that our guests had a bad experience, as well as myself. I wont be using your service ever again.

Booked and pre-paid for a Yukon to take my family one-way to the San Diego airport. Received…read moremultiple confirmations, including a text at 7:40 am this morning cinfirming the 8:40 am pickup time, as seen in pictures. The car did not show up. When we called to sort out where the driver was, we were told the reservation was for 2/3, not 2/2. This is not true, as you can see from the screenshot attached. Six people were left without transportation to the airport. With no time to call an Uber (or two to fit everyone!), we had to load up two personal vehicles and drive to the airport where we will now be hit with vehicle storage fees, wear and tear to our vehicles, and we are forced to park at the airport, which we simply do not do. Additionally, this will cost more than $1,000 out of pocket due to their negligence. Under no circumstances trust these people to get you where you need to go.
