When we called to sort out where the driver was, we were told the reservation was for 2/3, not 2/2. This is not true, as you can see from the screenshot attached. Six people were left without transportation to the airport. With no time to call an Uber (or two to fit everyone!), we had to load up two personal vehicles and drive to the airport where we will now be hit with vehicle storage fees, wear and tear to our vehicles, and we are forced to park at the airport, which we simply do not do. Additionally, this will cost more than $1,000 out of pocket due to their negligence. Under no circumstances trust these people to get you where you need to go.

From the very beginning, the booking experience was excellent. They were quick to respond, offered competitive pricing, and were very flexible when I needed to make changes to our itinerary. Based on that experience, I felt confident that I had chosen the right company. Unfortunately, everything changed on the day of our rental. This was a special gift for my daughter before she returned to military service, and I wanted it to be a fun and memorable experience. Sadly, that's not what we received. The first issue was the air conditioning. The AC was not circulating throughout the back of the bus, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. I asked the driver if he could increase the AC, and he told me there was nothing more he could do and suggested we close the curtains so it would eventually cool down. I trusted his recommendation, but it never improved. As the trip continued, more and more people in our group commented on how muggy and hot it was inside. To make matters worse, the bus felt incredibly cramped. We specifically booked the bus that was RECOMMENDED for groups of 10-18 passengers, yet we weren't even at the maximum capacity and everyone still felt packed together. Combined with the lack of air circulation, it became very uncomfortable. When I brought these concerns to the company afterward, I was told that the group before us had no complaints and that "it was 105 degrees in Temecula." I found that response incredibly dismissive. One group's experience should never be used to invalidate another customer's concerns. A simple acknowledgment and apology would have gone much further. The biggest issue, however, happened on our way to dinner. We had reservations at 6:30 PM, and from our previous stop the restaurant was only about 6-9 minutes away. One of our passengers noticed the driver had gotten onto the freeway and questioned why we were driving farther away from our destination. I went to the front to ask where we were going, and the driver confidently said we were headed to our next stop on the itinerary. His GPS showed a 30-minute drive. I immediately told him that wasn't correct. He handed me his phone, and I discovered he had entered a completely different address that was never on our itinerary. Because of this mistake, we didn't arrive at the restaurant until 6:51 PM and lost our reservation. We then had to wait for another table and rush through dinner so we could make it to our final destination. We lost approximately 30 minutes of the experience that we had paid for, all because of a preventable error. What made the situation even more frustrating was the driver's attitude afterward. When I called to let him know we had finished dinner, instead of apologizing for his mistake, he told me to "hurry up and round up your group and let's go." It was disappointing to be rushed because of time that was lost due to his own error. There was no accountability or acknowledgment from the driver. Even more disappointing has been the company's response. Nearly a full day later, I still have not received an apology or any meaningful attempt to make things right. The only response I received was that they would "get with the driver on the directions, even though navigating a pre-planned itinerary should never have been an issue." It's unfortunate because this company made such a great first impression during the booking process, but the actual service fell far below expectations. Good customer service isn't just about being responsive before the sale--it's about taking responsibility when things go wrong. Unfortunately, that's where this company failed. I truly wanted to leave a glowing review because the booking experience gave me high expectations. Instead, I left feeling disappointed that my daughter's special send-off was overshadowed by issues that could have been prevented and handled much more professionally. Both reps were very responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to give me tips on how to structure visiting 3 wineries in one day. A bonus is that this company is partnered with a lot of Temecula wineries and offered us tasting card discounts (Bel Vino and Maurice Carrie). Adam and Paula communicated to me via phone, text, and email for the quotes and info. They allowed multiple adjustments to my itinerary and accommodated adding on tasting cards last minute for my guests which was super helpful! Our driver, Jennifer, was early to our pickup location and waited outside for my large group to arrive. She provided me with the whole run down of the day and confirmed all of the details with myself and my guests, leaving room for questions before leaving. Super professional, friendly, efficient, safe, timely, and knowledgeable. The bus was clean, no smells, fun LED lights, a bathroom on board, water, ice coolers, and cups available. The one thing I will say is our bus' Bluetooth for music kept cutting in and out throughout the drive which was likely a wire issue. Jennifer was quick to reach over the phone after dropping us off, which was helpful when my brother in law wanted to go back to the bus to grab a surprise birthday cake for me. Jennifer gave us timely updates of when to be back at the bus in between venues to ensure enough time. Tip: if you're planning to go to more than one winery, you'll need more time than you think. 3 wineries and we definitely could've spent more time at each... 2 is a great number if you have a big group like mine. We went over in time but it thankfully the schedule was flexible for the rest of the evening. Jennifer prefaced any overtime charges at the beginning of the day so there were no surprises.
