He stated that my reservation came in while he was on vacation and he failed to add it to their schedule. This is just very disappointing for a company to not honor an online reservation. If you don't check and confirm online reservations just don't offer them as an option.

Seemed a bit much. And although I had an appointment they had to keep car overnight as they were "extremely busy". Not a big deal for me but could be for some. Shouldn't appts take priority ? When I arrived there is no clear point of contact. Finally left my keys with one of the guys and hoped it would get in on time. Great seating area and clean restrooms. Other than coffee, seemed sodas and waters were at a cost. Paying $395 for detailing you think more comp items would be available. Overall detailing looks great. Missed vacuuming out center console. Can't find a detail of what was actually done for that price (and a tip on top of that). In the end I'm not walking away feeling like I got a great deal but it got the job done for a chuck of change.
