Alex, the owner, appeared to live in my neighborhood so I thought I would talk to him first. I didn't catch him on first try but he promptly replied and set me up for an appointment for a mobile visit to my home. He encouraged me to go to his website and we would discuss exact pricing when he arrived. He was on time (this shouldn't be that big of a deal with service providers but its HUGE) and demonstrated a professional manner and was good with my son in helping him choose what he wanted. He offers three levels, economy, standard and performance. After hearing the differences including warranty, etc., we chose the performance at $160. He took no more than 2 hours and described how we should care for the tint the first few days and weeks. Alex demonstrated every quality that you want in an entrepreneurial service provider. Very impressed overall with the service. Called and gave car make and model info and then answered a couple of questions. Pricing was straightforward and no hidden fees. Since this is a mobile service he comes to you to perform the work, so it's best to have a garage to protect from the elements though there are alternative options he can provide. We scheduled for Alex to come on Dec 21st between 7 and 9am which he confirmed and showed up on time. Unfortunately due to 99 North opening up they did something which left our neighborhood without power. He felt confident he could perform the work without the need of his heat gun and said that if there were any problems he would happily come back later when the power was restored and redo it at no additional cost. Luckily the power returned before he finished so he was able to finish up with his heat gun like he would normally. Even before the heat gun the windows were looking excellent. Once Alex finished, the windows looked pristine! Better than I'd ever seen them before. I was extremely impressed and since we went with the carbon series he will fix/replace any issues for the life of the car. No more bubbles or peeling made my fiancée a VERY happy lady! Amazing Work!!! I called Alex and we set up an appointment for Thursday (February 13, 2013). He answered all my questions and was very helpful. He called the day before my appointment and made sure we were still on for the next day. I am really picky with who works on my car and all the reviews on here were spot on.
