I'm glad I called Aart - they arrived promptly to measure and explain how they could build out the shutters in a way that would allow me to still access the windows for cleaning. Not only are the shutters the "look" that I want, they came in at a better value than the shade options I explored. The installation was quick, easy and I'm really pleased with the results. He was very helpful and resolved any issue quickly. He truly cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are satisfied. Overall, the product and installation was 100% to my satisfaction.
