He cut three inches above my hairline, leaving it uneven and absolutely terrible. When I calmly pointed out how bad the cut was, he actually asked me if I was "just trying to get out of paying." That was insulting and unprofessional. I told him I would pay, but I would never come back after this. I did speak with the owner, and to his credit, he apologized and seemed genuinely concerned. Unfortunately, the damage was already done. Beware of who cuts your hair here -- one bad barber can ruin your entire experience!

Then I stated the sign at the window says "walk-ins welcomed" they said by appointment only on both occasions and acted as if they didn't want my business. They told me to come back the following day if I'd like. I never see any more then one or two customers inside. How they stay open is a mystery. I'm retired Military and usually try to get my hair cut 3 times a month. It's not happening at this place though. I tried to support my local business. But obviously they have no support for me.
