The service guys had to RE-WIRE my BRAND NEW HOUSE because their rough crew did a half-assed install. Their service guys are unqualified, after FOURTEEN visits to my house, each time they entered something else broke down. The MANY different receptionists they have had over the last 6 months is ridiculous, but apparently they teach them to be condescending with their customers. I had an appointment yesterday, Dec. 9, 2025, for a maintenance call... they DID NOT SHOW UP. When I called perturbed, instead of apologizing for their lack of professionalism, Sherri was condescending... No... that's not the way good customer relations work. In the past 6 months that we have dealt with this company... there is not ONE SINGLE PERSON that still works there now that did then. A business with a revolving door of employment is not a good business at all; they are unreliable. Will they show up for the next scheduled appointment!? And if they do... will the service be adequate or will they, again, leave us with a non-working unit as they have in the past. I have NO TRUST in this company.

The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. I still haven't heard back from Jenkins, so I think I found my new provider.

They arrived on time and got right to work and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned my vent from the access in my laundry room and my roof also to make sure they got all the lint. When services are rendered, they take check, cash, or credit card. My total fee was $80. Well worth the services they provided. Apparently they also do other stuff like pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Will definitely use them next year for my yearly cleaning - recommend them for your home.

Enea was very professional and friendly, patiently answered all my questions, and had the clog cleared, the drain pain cleaned, and replaced some PVC that I'd broken trying to clear it myself, all done is short order for a price that was lower than what I was expecting! My unit is old and will need replacing before long but he didn't try to hard sell me a new one right now like I've experienced with other home repair companies. Instead he gave me some tips to nurse it along a bit more while I save for the replacement and sent me some info on the type of unit I would need and a model he recommended for me to check out. When I'm really to pull the trigger on the new system, I'll be calling Epic and asking for Enea.
