They were very nice and professional on the phone and was able to get on the schedule. Unfortunately, my schedule date came and went without someone coming by or giving me a call to inform. I figured it could be a mistake and tried again. They were very apologetic and promised they'd put it on their personal watch list to make sure it happens this time around. The gentleman came at the appt time and was very pleasant to deal with. I had some follow up questions about my split unit and he put my mind at ease fairly quickly. No attempt to upsell me on my first appointment and was in and out within an hour. I'm happy to update the review upon future scheduling successes. Otherwise, I'd recommend them at this point.

I'm on well water and concerned that it could do damage to my system, so I turned the well and pump off. At this point in time it's 4:30 pm. I'm the meantime, I have no water. It was close to 5:00 pm and I called Donovan heat and Air and without any hesitation, told they would come out. The issue ended up being my main water line. They're here like clockwork twice a year to keep things running right. I had a very old system and relied on their advice on when it was time to replace. I never felt pushed into anything. But for this company, Mr. Willman arrived, and I could immediately see him making mental calculations as he walked around the house and took notes. I have kind of a unique layout and multiple stories. He had a wide knowledge of products and he was the only one who was able to offer a condenser unit that actually fit where I wanted. He made recommendations that no one else bothered with. I also noticed that everyone else offered a 10 year parts warranty but only 2 years labor, where Willman has 10 year on labor as well. Even with the extra customization, the price was very good. Came in kind of the middle low range of the average and half the price of the most expensive. The owner was also there checking in periodically during the installation. They were able to route AC to the kitchen, when everyone else said it wasn't possible with my setup. Very satisfied, and no issues as of 6 months. As a bonus electricity bill is down too.

We have had an A/C maintenance contract with Mc Gowans for years. They have recently been bought…read moreout by Del- Air . This was our first maintenance visit since the new owners. The technician and his manager worked on coming up with a solution to what seemed to be a drainage pipe that had come apart in the AC closet. Due to lack of workable space, they recommended a new condensation pipe be run. This would have been quite costly even with a discount. I was able to figure out another way to access the pipe that had disconnected. Another technician came out and was able to replace the pvc pipe and secure it to the drainage. Sean Smith is the technician and he was very professional, polite and accommodating. He contacted his boss and they were able to fix everything and perform the maintenance work. I was very pleased that Del- Air was willing to work with me and that I didn't have to pay for a costly repair.
