Been coming to pretti for years in my travels to cape cod. I do my waxing, some laser and have gotten a facial here. What I can say is they promise a really solid wax experience regardless of how sledge or small the job is. Although they are expeditious they really do take their time to ensure that you are satisfied with your service. I have always loved the vibe as soon as you walk in here it's very welcoming, chic and comfortable regardless of the season or climate - they always have refreshments for customers and they sell a decent amount of salon/personal care items they use. There are other salons on the area with similar services but I feel for the price you really are getting a better value and overall experience at Pretti. My favorite feature is using the Vagaro app to manage appointments. Huuuge plus for a person like myself that schedules their appointments at 2 am most of the time. read more

I have made two appointments with them, and both times they are canceled last minute. One back in August, they first called me to change the time, and then just a couple of hours before my appointment, they called me to cancel it. It happened the same way today. Called two days ago to change the time and then this morning called to cancel. This happens after I receive numerous texts and emails about their 24-hour cancelation policy reminding me that I'll still be charged for the service if I cancel. Both appointments were with the owner, so this wasn't an issue with an employee not showing up. Extremely unprofessional. read more

I have never written a bad (or good) review about a business but I just really felt that this had to be done. I have been to this business a few times. After my last experience there, if I could give this business -1000 stars, I would. However, Pamela Casagrande is a wonderful masseuse there, by the way. I highly recommend her! I booked a 10:00 a.m. appointment with Marjori Pretti for an aesthetic service. I live in Osterville, their salon is in Centerville center (5-10 minutes away from my house). At 9:14 a.m., the administrative assistant called me and asked me if I could come in at 12:30 p.m. instead because there had been a "mistake" (a double-booking, I can only assume). I normally would have obliged because to err is human but I told her I couldn't because I was going off-Cape right after my 10:00 a.m. appointment for a doctor's appointment in Boston. She asked if I could come in at 2:30 p.m. I said I could try but I was not sure if I would be back by 2:30 p.m. so I'd rather stick to my 10:00 a.m. appointment instead. She said okay, we hung up. I drove to the salon and arrived there at 9:50 a.m. There was another client sitting there. The administrative assistant told me she sent me an instagram message. Why not just call me back, I wondered (and asked her, of course). She told me that she had to cancel my appointment and she had sent me a message on Instagram to cancel. On Instagram (LOL) even though we had spoken on the phone 30 minutes prior. I had not seen this message because I was driving (duh) and I don't get Instagram message notifications (I'm 39, for God's sake). As if Instagram is the best choice for this type of situation, anyway. How unprofessional! I mean, not a text, not a WhatsApp message, a voicemail? I mean, she had called me at 9:14 a.m. How come she didn't call me for the cancellation, right? She embarrassingly (like Willy Wonka Violet Beauregarde almost violet-faced embarrassed), told me she called me back but there was something wrong with my phone. Yeah, sure. It was clearly a lie but it was her "job" so I can't even fault the poor girl. She told me that Marjori's children had fevers and were sick so she had to stay home with them. Marjori's mother, Zaly Pretti, walks into the lobby at that EXACT moment, sees that I look puzzled and upset and says (I kid you not!): "I'm sorry about this but Marjori has a fever so she can't come in today." I, super confused, ask "was her fever going to be over by 12:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. if I had changed my appointment like the administrative assistant had asked me to do at 9:14 a.m. via telephone call. Zaly walks away, no response, also red-faced. The administrative assistant is now completely embarrassed and doesn't even know what to say. I walk out. I have no other recourse. The other client immediately gets up to go to the back. I am still in my car and I see this. The administrative assistant sees that I see this and says something to the client and the client immediately sits back down. Meanwhile, I am literally crying in my car. I know, dramatic, but the lack of respect is what really made me upset. I turn to my left. Marjori's car was parked right there. I highly recommend Spaco by Jacklyn (Hyannis), Renata (same name, not me) Beauty and Wellness (Osterville), or Evelyn Aesthetics (Hyannis) for any service offered by Pretti Aesthetics as it is obvious that they have zero respect for their clients. read more

Definitely a five star , highly recommended! These girls are excellent! I started going to Pretti's Aesthetics I believe last summer and started with doing my eyebrows with Zally and Maylla they are killing it in the eyebrows shaping and waxing game , literally every time I go there they never fail to exceed my expectations! Both of them are so good at it , it doesn't even matter who does my eyebrows between the two of them , it always comes perfectly done. Us females knows the struggle of finding a good eyebrow lady and we tend to be very loyal to them and I trust both of them 100%. Maylla is very good at facials and knowledgeable on treatments for your skin, acne eyebrows shaping and also laser treatments, for hair etc. Zally is the best at Brazilian waxing, she is very patient and explains step by steps which I highly recommend , anyone going with someone like her if you never waxed any of your intimate areas. Marjori is an R.N and she has plenty of experience doing Botox and lip fillers and anything else skin related and beauty related , she literally gives me a new face every single time . What I most like about her is she is very honest , well frankly they all are but I mean in a sense of telling you what will or will not fit your face , her experience rubs off on anyone who speaks to her. She is very good at telling you exactly what may or not look good . Example in terms of amount of lip fillers and Botox anyone should start with, she will analyze and let you know exactly what looks good depending on your lips and face needs . For example when I first went in, I wanted bigger lips , I had no idea how it actually worked in terms of looks . The look I wanted you can't get in only one session and so Marjori said " it's better to add but make it look natural , as time passes you can continue the process of getting it to where you like it " she could've just literally used 2 syringes of lip fillers on me because that's what I thought would look good and exactly what I requested . Instead she didn't , she explained to me what is normal for a beginner and the reason why she thought I should only start with one syringe . I loved the fuller natural look so it worked out great . Marjori is also excellent at being able to tell exactly where you need Botox and again making it look as natural as possible . I loved it when she did my face & forehead . A lot of places are only after money, specially when it comes to cosmetic procedures. Pretti Aesthetics always give the best advices and are constantly trying to accommodate you to their best effort ! I discovered this spa while picking up dinner at the 99 restaurant next door. It was easy to make an appointment online and the appointment was confirmed by text/email and a phone call. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and noticed right away that the spa was very stylish and clean. This was my first time having anything other than my eyebrows waxed and Zaly did a great job making me feel comfortable. She did an amazing job and it was virtually painless. The cost was reasonable and I felt very comfortable with how clean the facility is and how professional the staff are. I made another appointment for a consultation for a skin treatment with their RN before I left. I will be telling my friends about this gem in Centerville. read more
