Josie gave me an incredible facial with beautifully scented products I had some dermabrasion and painless extractions The coconut scented mask smelled incredible. I asked many skincare questions. For retinol, Josie suggested Murad which is PETA approved "tested on people, not animals." I also purchased a lip treatment and I am overjoyed that my lips won't be so chapped and it's great for lip lines too. I was not given a "hard sell about anything. Got a full set of lashes done and the glue didn't stick the first time around - they all fell out within a week. Since this is not normal, they let me come in and did all my lashes again for free and with a new glue they had gotten in that day. The new glue they have WORKS ! Absolutely, by far, the most comfortable and professional waxing experience I have ever had. Pamela was incredibly nice and easy to talk to, super knowledgeable, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The location is easy to find and their hours are perfect. I needed a later appointment due to my work schedule, so it was great to know that they are open until 8:00pm. The spa is incredibly clean and sanitary. I was offered water or coffee when I arrived, and there are plenty of comfortable places to sit while you wait. They also have a great selection of beauty products and yummy smelling candles to check out. Well I am so happy I did! Pamela was my waxologist this time around and she was outstanding. She made me feel comfortable right off the bat and checked in with me several times during the wax to ensure the temperature of the wax was okay and to guide me through the next steps.
