I don't know if it was an experience thing or what but bottom line was she couldn't do it. I ended up with a solid color. The nails themselves came out good besides that and again I'm not faulting her cause everyone is new at some point. But the person in charge of scheduling should have scheduled Me with someone with more experience who wouldn't have had done ombre nails with no problem.

I've been coming to get pedicures at the Machesney Park location for months but every time it's not…read moregood. Sometimes they will use the cheese grater and other times they say it's not included in the signature pedicure. They don't shape the nails very good. The "foot massage" is just them putting lotion on the legs and feet. Zero massage everytime! They rush through the pedicure. For $61 I should come out with my feet feeling smooth and relaxed. If I wanted a bath for my feet and nail polish change I wouldn't be coming in for a $61 pedicure. There are so many places to go for a pedicure where they actually get your feet smooth, massage your feet and legs good, and take their time on the nails themselves. Yesterday was my last time ever coming to gloss, which is sad because the salon itself is really nice. They just need to give better service with their pedicures.

Anna has been caring for my hair ever since and it has been a great experience. She never assumes anything - she listens to what I want/am experiencing, and tailors her services accordingly. I was concerned, moving from Chicago, that I wouldn't find someone who could help with hair like mine, but it has been a great experience.
