This place was recommended by our baby's pediatrician! Specialize in children's piercings, etc. We made an appointment in advance and they require certain documentation / immunization records. When we went it was pretty busy. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The older children opted for numbing cream but they don't use it for babies under 1 years old. We had Tara and Ashley in our private curtained room. They did a great job explaining the process and after care treatment. I was a little nervous based on the reviews but my experience was everything I had hoped for. I was able to call and make a same day appt. Filling out the form was easy (QR code). The selection of piercing earrings are small but still cute. When we went into the little room, our piercers talked to us about aftercare and took their time getting the dots placed. I felt really comfortable with how things went. They explained everything they were going to do before doing it. They clamped, and pierced. My baby screamed, but she won't remember this lol. We arrived 5 mins before our online appointment time of 4:30. And had maybe a 10-15 minute wait which worked well as they placed numbing lotion on my 5 year old daughter's ears prior to. The shop is "under construction" as in they are still moving in and fully setting up the space. The waiting area has cute posh couches and chairs. There is a kids area with coloring and wall chalk board. There is even have Uno and hook and ring game to make any wait you may have pass by rather quickly. There is a selection of dozen or more titanium grade earrings to choose from. We opted for the "princess" room. The piercing techs (Ash & Em) were very personable and thorough in explaining every part of the piercing process. We had some tear streaming moments but they both stayed calm and offered my daughter space if she needed it. The process after fully cleaned ears was 1,2,3 & done. There is a cute photo wall near check out to capture the success of pierced ears. My daughter was given a certificate celebrating her first piercing in a unicorn drawstring. The bag also contained a free cotton candy from Pops (score!) which is a stones throw away, saline for cleaning, cotton balls, & qtips. Overall I'm extremely happy with our experience. Unfortunately we had an terrible overall experience with Pretty and Pierced getting our 12 year old's ears pierced. Would 100% NOT recommend. -The Piercings done on our daughter are poorly done- angled down and they will need to be redone to be more straight through. -The appointment time wasn't honored and we waited an extended period (45+ mins) from the appointment time to actually get to the piercing. -They had a super limited selection of earrings to chose from despite being told we could not provide our own. We also suspect these were not the right grade of Titanium for fresh piercings. -The piercers themselves were nice, but it was odd to do tandem piercing with two people piercing the same child at once.. it felt very rushed and not the experience we were hoping for overall. -The Front desk/admin folks were not super helpful or nice. -The scheduling must be messed up, because the small waiting room was crammed full of people the entire time we were waiting. -The follow-up/after care instructions and supplies were lacking, and for the cost we would have expected some kind of piercing aftercare instructions (none were given) and maybe a bottle of aftercare spray to be provided, they were not. They gave an unlabeled, unclearly sourced "saline spray". -They "required" a bunch of paperwork, but nobody actually reviewed it meaningfully. read more

At arrival we checked in and got to choose earrings and when ready we were brought to a room where two ladies worked on dotting a dot on the ears and check if they were even and if we liked them. Then they proceeded to get the clamps and made it super fast and easy. My 8month old barely cried or even noticed she was happy and smiling before we left the building. They give you a after care spray that has helped her with her new earrings. I really do recommend this place for anyone who has little ones and wants their ears pierced! read more

It was 80°+ inside the shop, the place did not look like it had proper upkeep and cleanliness like a tattoo shop does. One girl was fantastic, but one missed the dot on her ear the first time and had to re-pierce her. Just a very unprofessional environment for a place I'm trusting with my child's permanent piercing. Very disappointed in this place. We made an appointment to have our 8 month old daughter's ears pierced. Seeing the 100$ price tag we thought it would be a great experience versus a trip to Claire's. This place was so disappointing. When we walked in the electricity wasn't working and it was like a sauna inside. They had a generator running with an extension cord to power one small box fan. We arrived 15 minutes early as stated when we made the appointment. 15 minutes after said appointment we still were not being serviced. After sitting the sauna for 30 minutes we said to hell with our $25 deposit. This place is a joke. I understand if you have electrical issues, but contact your clients and explain than offer other appointments. read more

Pretty and Pierced provided us a wonderful experience for our daughters ear piercing. She was only 6 months old at the time and we chose pretty and pierced because they use a needle instead of a piercing gun (which I have heard horror stories about). However, they also provide a numbing cream to help comfort the child as well. The numbing cream is applied before the piercing takes place. These earrings also have no chance of harming your child's ears. I loved knowing that my daughter was not going to have an allergic reaction to the earrings. They did a wonderful job taking care of our little one and comforting this nervous mama. Also, they have AMAZING customer service. We lost one of earrings about 6 months after the piercing and they gave us a FREE replacement. read more

I wanted to check it out and see if my daughter could get her ears pierced, but we couldn't even go upstairs and get in or call anyone to let us in. Also, it's very hidden. You have to go inside of a coffee shop, and the stairs are back behind the bar to the left. No signage just a paper that is attached to the wall. read more

The place is located above a bar. Not very clean, and strange in the arrangement of the piercing studio. After seeing the studio, against my better judgment I decided to continue with getting my little girls ears pierced. Needless to say, As soon as we got home I noticed it was red around the site. Despite cleaning daily, that redness turned into swelling and pus like drainage. I immediately removed the ear ring once I saw the drainage to allow it to heal. I tried to contact someone from the studio about the infection. Of course, there was no response. If I had to do it all over again, I would have went elsewhere. Completely horrific experience for me and my child. Not to mention, we eventually had to get the one side re pierced a yr later. I would give 0 stars if I could. Beware. read more

I knew I should have trusted my gut reading three reviews about this business being operated by higjschoolers. We had a 3pm appointment for our 3 month old daughter to get her ears pierced. We got there and checked in. Three of the employees were talking out loud saying "I don't want to pierce the 3 months ears" and "I just want to go home". This was absolutely unacceptable for a business and to have their employees behave in this manner. After hearing that, I did not want to proceed and asked to speak to the manager about what just occurred. Jennifer who stated she was the manager told us well if you're looking for somewhere around here, I just want you to know that there's not many places who pierce infants ears.... Well that's fine, I will find somewhere else to conduct my business. Anywhere but here. Extremely unprofessional, operated by what seems like highschoolers. They did give me a refund on the deposit. We were referred by our pediatrician to come here, I will definitely tell my doctor to stop referring here since they seem to not have confidence in piercing an infants ears. This is located on the second floor of an old building with no signage, so it can be hard to find. Once inside, there is a very small sign with a QR code to check in. Once you check in, you wait. And wait. And wait. We were seen over an hour after our scheduled (and paid for) appointment. They had severely overbooked, but no one apologized, explained, offered to reschedule or any type of partial refund. No basic customer service was present. When we were finally taken upstairs, the floors were filthy, windows unclean and it looked like we were in the middle of a construction project. The room we were taken to was also filthy. The piercer initially marked crooked dots on my child's ears, and when I mentioned it, she handed me the pen to mark them. I am not trained in how to place piercings, so this was unexpected and unprofessional. Unprofessional is how I would characterise this entire experience, and for the price (5 times what you would pay at a piercing studio), totally unlike anything represented on social media.
